Swiggy — They mark order delivered but don't actually deliver them and no refund

My order ORDER #[protected] which was placed on 7th April morning was not delivered to me but it showed delivered. The delivery guy didn't even pick up my call

I tried asking for help in the chat but it seems their customer care executives were unable to confirm it as a genuine request.
Later on after emailing them several times they somehow had the confirmation that my order was delivered. Upon asking them about the proof, they had no answer, they simply accepted that my order was not delivered and that's ALL they could do.
I want my money to be refunded for which they denied. And I want compensation for what ever mental harassment they did.
They think they own the food chain delivery business, whereas the truth is they are because o[censored]s and our response to their service. I have been a long term customer but after this I am deleting the app. There are several other apps who give better service than this.
