Swiggy — unwanted order cancellation | |||
I placed an order at around 9:49 pm then after an hour i received a call from the swiggy executive informing that the order has been cancelled due to some power issues. I don't understand what power issues has to do with my order cancellation. & what the hell is this power issue? If swiggy agents did not wanted to deliver the food they should have informed me within 15-20 min of order placed. They wasted my 1 hour. Who is responsible for this??? If a customer cancels his/her order after confirmation from the restaurant then we (Customers) are fined (Rs 75 or above). Then how much swiggy be fined if they cancel the order despite of confirmation from the restaurant? Was this information helpful? | |||
