Ordered food on 9-feb-23. Delivery boy was standing at the wrong location and refused to come to the correct address. Told him that I am cancelling the order on which he started throwing expletives. I wonder, what would have happened if the phone was answered by a female member of the family ? Not sure if at all, any action will be taken by swiggy in this regard.
