Swiggy — Wrong food delivered and issue not resolved by swiggy | |||||
Hi, This is to inform you that I placed an order of paneer, roti and naan whereas I got paneer with rice. I called them (sanjay and nupur) and they disconnected the call without providing a resolution and told me to send a mail. I tried to contact them thru chat but again no response for a long time. And they mailed me back that it's not there mistake and nothing can be done I want to know if I paid the bill amount and delivery charged and only requested to send the correct food/replace the food, than why there is a need to send mail. Will a person wait for 8 hours to get the reply????? I want to inform you that it's harrasement from swiggy and I totally need a compensation from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
