Swiggy — Wrong order and no refund on my money

I ordered from swiggy and they gave a wrong order on lower price. When i tried to raise a complaint they are saying i cant raise a complaint as the order was not updated as delivered. They said that they have escalated the issue. I cant contact the restaurant as the details they have provided is not a valid information. As the number is out of service or no incoming call is available for the number. They said that they will callback within 24 hrs but no callback came. They are cheating my money and say that they say they cant do anything as the order is not closed. But they are not closing the order for more than one week. Worst experience ever. No one should ever order from swiggy.

they are not reponding properly.they are giving wrong information and not doing any proper work on customer complaint.i havent got a callback.it has been more than a week.they say they cant close the order.but the order date is more than a week before.they say thanks for the feedback and they will give it to feedback team.when i tried to explain to them they are copy pasting the same reply. worst customer service.they should never do business.
