[Resolved] Syberplace.com — No refund by syberplace.com | |||
Sir I ordered iphone 5s at syberplace.com and made a payment of rs.18799 via payumoney on 20th feb 2016, the order id is[protected] and payumoney payment id is 93926710, and i recieved the order confirmation mail as soon as i made the payment. It was mention in their mail that they will share the tracking details as soon as the product is shipped. I emailed them multiple times to share the details but there was no response from syberplace.com So i decided to cancel my order and claimed refund after 10-12 days. They cancel the order and told that refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. And till date their is no response from them I also raised a dispute via payumoney and its almost a month their is no response from syberplace.com Please help me resolve the above. I've already send a legal notice by registered post at your address and if you don't settle the refund within the time specified in the notice, you will see the power of a consumer.
