Syberplace.com — Refund not received even after six months for order no:[protected] | |||||
Dear sir, I had ordered a lenovo turbo mobile phone at syberplace.Com on 27.02.2016 after paying rs 8599 /- through icici netbanking method. Syberplace did not deliver the product as per their delivery commitment i. E within 13 days from the order date. My order no is[protected] dated 27.02.2016. I contacted syberplace through phone and mail for more than 100 times for the past six months. On 11th july 2016 syberplace replied to my mail that they will be sending the refund cheque to my address but even after one month i did not receive any cheque from them and they are not responding to my mails. I am afraid i need to take legal action against syberplace if they are not refunding my hard earned money. I request you to kindly help me to get my refund amount along with interest at the earliest as i have been waiting for more than six months. Thank you, Parthiban Was this information helpful? | |||||

Syberplace is not responding to my mails and it has not refunded my hard earned money or sent the ordered product as it is more than 7 months since i ordered the product and paid my money to Syberplace. Kindly check and do the needful at the earliest.
