[Resolved] Syberplace E Solutions — Not received product-waiting for product delivery | |||||
I had purchased one Apple iPhone 6s 16 gb and done the payment from SyberPlace E Solutions on 9th Feb 2016. I checked with customer care about delivery and all. They promised you will receive the order within 7 days. With trust and attracting price placed order on 9th February. I am still awaiting for my delivery. When ever i am calling customer care no.[protected], they are not pickup the phone or they picked up giving some excuse. From last 5 days they are telling tomorrow we will delivery you products. I had ordered PANASONIC P65 Flash mobile, and done the payment from SyberPlace E Solutions on 8th March 2016. I checked about order status which is showing shipping within 7-13 days.
also a mail i received from them is as
Dear Customer,
We have received your order and it has been confirmed.
Your product will dispatch with in 7-13 business days.
Once it is dispatched we will share the Tracking Details.
I am still awaiting for my order status. When ever i am calling customer care no.[protected], the phone is switched off. I have already sent mail but no response. Really i am in panic situation. Any one can tell how many days they takes for one complete order.
