[Resolved] Syberplace E Solutions — Not received/shipped product even after 10 days of order placed | |||||
Hello, My name is Dinesh Suthar. I had placed an order of Lenovo A7000 Turbo mobile phone from online shopping site https://www.syberplace.com on March 6, 2016. It has been more than 10 days and my product has not dispatched/shipped yet. It should have been delivered to me by now. When i tried to check the status of my order over the site, it is still showing as ORDER CONFIRMED only. Also i gave order around 12 noon on March 6, 2016 but it is showing as 7.15 AM. How is it possible? Calling on the phone number which site is providing, no one is replying on that number. Hence please help me to get my money refunded as soon as possible.
