Syberplace — Not delivered... Requested for cancellation... No one responding from syberplace | |||||
I placed an order for Blackberry Z3 mobile at syberplace.com on 22 Jan. But team sybeplace did not dispatched the order yet. Then I placed a request to cancel my order and refund my money back but no response. Now I keep on trying to contact them on company helpline and chat option but no one responding. This is because if their address is not in existance then we can go ahead with police complaint.

I am not sure the caller really from Syberplace beacuse mobile location says "Delhi" where SyberPlace office located in Hyderabad.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
