[Resolved]  Symphony — Dead slow service from kondapur branch

Have bought Symphony Hi cool 31 ltr Aircooler from Croma Kondapur brach on 12th March 2016.

From day we have identified it's cooling is not that good.

After 5 to 10 mins of cooler usage hot air will blow from it.

we have reported it to the particular branch CSD people and the service people are saying that this "item will work like this we can't do anyting "
"You might have taken the same item which you liked in the showroom"
i am fed up with the service from croma .
i am expected a replacement or other cooler of different make
