I had purchased a symphony cooler last year and my water pump (motor) is not working now. My cooler is still in the warranty period ie till 28.05.2021. As bhopal is under a lockdown from about a month the service officer is not providing his services uptill now. I request to register my complaint and solve the same asap and consider it in warranty period only as the complaint is duely filed within time.

I have purchased Movicool L125 last year after getting a call from symphony customer care.
Recently I came to know that what I had paid ₹21, 500 after discounts
(MRP quoted was ₹26, 000)
was much more than its MRP of ₹19, 990.

Its really unfortunate that its happening with such a trusted brand of India.
We always have high amount of trust on this brand.

I have already raised the ticket for installation on 11 may and still no one has came for installation.

I have called customer care they said we have escalated. But still not respond.

Requesting you please install the wallcooler ASAP or you can take the cooler back.

Last year Purchased Storm 70i model and within 1 year Collar Window braked, Water Pump faulty & Water Sensor stopped to work due to some Ret bite issue.

Then Complaint raised to Customer Care but after multiple escalation on Call/Mail technician mapped to resolve the issue.
And i paid approx 3500 Rs to fix the issue but again within 2 months again facing the below issue but not getting Support/update from Customer Care.

Even i have called to Symphony Area Manager – Worst Service experience, I Can’t understand now what should i do !!

 Water Sensor stopped to work
 Electric shock observed on back window
 Water Comes from Air Vents

I have Hicool air cooler, it's drain stopper does not work and water leaks. Every year I get this issue. The same is not available also in any shop.
Do I need to follow such a long process and spend money for 1 small rubber cork.

I have symphony sumo 115XL. its water pump is not working since 29 apr 2021. i have complaint about it on 29 apr 2021 at symphony customer care center, complaint number is JP[protected] but till now no one came to repair and their service representative are pathetic they are just saying we will send our service representative.

When the water pump is on, water droplets are coming out of the air vent. I had complained about this issue about few days back and a customer support executive also visited and repaired the cooler. Again the problem started and I have to switch off the water pump and only hot air coming out it is very difficult to bear the heat of these months. My warranty period also coming to an end and since 1 year after purchase of this cooler I have to call for warranty 3 times.
I don't understand that a company like Symphony which is number one company in this air cooler market is manufacturing such type of defective products.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I am premkumar from trichy. i has purchased one symphony window cooler 45ltrs jumbo 45db white at 30/04/2021. I ALSO raise complaint to customer service they come to saw in my home. but they have no use to work.

I have purchase the cooler on 01.05.21 and on very next day I launched the complaint at Symphony site by despite of regular follow ups no one has come yet. Cooler color is also differ and I feel that they have given me the old cooler since its packing was open when I received it.

The cooling is very poor Company should not cheet customers like this. I purchased this from Bajaj Electronics at Rengareddy distt, Suncity, Telegana. Totally dissatisfied with the product. Waste of money.
