Cooler not working new one

Not yet resolved the complaint of not send any accessories and Invoice, Warranty card

Good afternoon sir,
I have ordered Symphony Sumo 115xl on 31.03.21 vide order No. SYM[protected] and delivered on 03.04.21 through courier of Delivery(AWB[protected].
But I received only cooler without any accessories like leg set with caster wheels, No Manual, No Warranty card and No Invoice.
On the packing box sticker we noticed that including 4 caster wheels leg set with this cooler. Local shops are also giving...

Diet air cooler

I have purchased my Diet air cooler of symphony from Chroma store Ahmedabad.
I have not used it for two years.
Today when I took it out for operating the water is flowing out and the rubber washer behind (for preserving/storage of water is found leaking and water is flowing out and not stored.
I want new rubber washer to fix the issue.
please provide me new rubber washer or the place from where I can get it at...

4 unit castor wheels, 2 units castor legs Missing

Address:Backside of Sabari Narayani Temple, Indra Nagar palace line, Balangir 767001

I brought a symphony diet 35T cooler on 11/04/2021. I found 4 unit castor wheels, 2 units castor legs missing from the box. I therefore reached the dealer for the same, He said that it may be missing from the time of delivery.

So please take necessary actions and get me the missing items....

Payment Debited Product Not Received

I booked Symphony Tower Cooler 50 Liter from Symphony website on 3rd April. Payment got Debited from my account but No order information received. Called Customer Care many times but no response. No one in the earth knows where is my Order. please help....

Symphony touch 35 not working

I had purchased this Symphony 22i cooler back in 2018. Used it for only one season. Again opened now and started using. But for some days it suddenly not working. I tried contacting CUSTOMER support but no luck. They don't have any CUSTOMER support method other than whatsapp. My compliant is not attended from now than a week now....

Air cooler running with noise

I have purchased new air cooler on dated 29.03.2021 from Ahmedabad opposite Sola high court, SG highway.
I have started at my house and i found that it is running with noise and difficult to sleep at night.

Cooler shorted and pump burnt

I had purchased this Symphony 22i cooler back in 2018. Used it for only one season. Again opened now and started using. But for some days it started making noise and suddenly one night blast sound came and burn smell was coming. Very dangerous that too in night. I tried contacting CUSTOMER support but no luck. Only received Cooler. No other accessories

I have placed an order for 115L Symphony Sumo with order No. SYM[protected]. Cooler received on 03.04.21. But I received only cooler in that box. There are no other accessories like casters wheels leg set, Manual, Warranty card.
So please send Symphony leg set with caster wheels, Manual, and Warranty card.
Other wise I return this Cooler..Why because How to stand this cooler and how to produce...
