Good afternoon sir,
I have ordered Symphony Sumo 115xl on 31.03.21 vide order No. SYM[protected] and delivered on 03.04.21 through courier of Delivery(AWB[protected].
But I received only cooler without any accessories like leg set with caster wheels, No Manual, No Warranty card and No Invoice.
On the packing box sticker we noticed that including 4 caster wheels leg set with this cooler. Local shops are also giving this accessories with cooler without any cost.
How can I stand cooler, and how can I submit any issues without invoice, without warranty card..??
So please send accessories and Invoice/Bill, warranty card.
Note: I don't know who is the seller and who has sent this only cooler.

Updated by Vishu eshwar Already this complaint was send so many times, but no one can response about this issue. Cooler has received before 1 month, but there is no Invoice, No warranty card, No manual and no accessoires like Symphony Leg set. This is the service of great Symphony Limited Company to customer regarding this issue. This is the last warning to resolve. If no reply, I will put a Case in Consumer Forum.
