I purchase on 22.3.21 and delivered on 25.03.21 after then the problem started and i lodge a complaint after 2-3 days and technician came after 10 days and solve the problem and the same problem again started from 25.04.21 earlier my ticket no hu[protected] dtd 27.03.21

I have placed diet3D 20i air cooler in https://www.symphonylimited.com/ but the order was undelivered and the payment was done online I have placed order on 5th April order was cancelled on 9th April. I have submitted my complaint many times to [protected]@symphonylimited.com many times but they are not responding.

Hello Team,

My Symphony tower which was repaired by your technician( Mr Bharat) few weeks ago has put me again into trouble. Everything was working before he replaced the PCB for only small reason that fan was getting direct with power and not controlled via Control panel PCB.

My tower cooler was serviced by replacing of PCB has now again burning smell has come and Fan is not working now.All charges ( Rs 1285 ) were taken fully with commitments that if something will be problem serice man will check again.

Calling same service man again is denying to come.

I raised ticket (HY[protected]) on April 5, 2021 to fix air pumping and replace Honey comb pads.

Serviceman named Venkat attended this ticket and he replaced water pump and pads. Totally i was charged 1850 Rupees.

For few minutes cooler worked fine, but later water started sprinkling from the airflow window.

Called serviceman couples of times regarding the issue, but till date issue has not been fixed, i hope sympony would hear my concern and fix the issue without charging anymore as i paid service charge of rs 400 already

Good afternoon sir,
I have ordered Symphony Sumo 115xl on 31.03.21 vide order No. SYM[protected] and delivered on 03.04.21 through courier of Delivery(AWB[protected].
But I received only cooler without any accessories like leg set with caster wheels, No Manual, No Warranty card and No Invoice.
On the packing box sticker we noticed that including 4 caster wheels leg set with this cooler. Local shops are also giving this accessories with cooler without any cost.
How can I stand cooler, and how can I submit any issues without invoice, without warranty card..??
So please send accessories and Invoice/Bill, warranty card.
Note: I don't know who is the seller and who has sent this only cooler.

Updated by Vishu eshwar Already this complaint was send so many times, but no one can response about this issue. Cooler has received before 1 month, but there is no Invoice, No warranty card, No manual and no accessoires like Symphony Leg set. This is the service of great Symphony Limited Company to customer regarding this issue. This is the last warning to resolve. If no reply, I will put a Case in Consumer Forum.
