Hello Team, Greetings for the day. Trust you are doing well.It's been a week since I raise a complaint through various platforms like what's app, Calls, and Mails. Still, I didn't receive any update from your end. I didn't expect this kind of worst service from your end.Facts of the case: Winter 80XL which was delivered as defective, However, we didn't notice the same as it was damaged inside. Which was late notice when we started using it, By the time the return policy over. So cannot return to the seller. Late response / late justice in this matter will impact us. As by time summer may over.Request you to kindly look into this and help me in getting the good one in exchange / arrange a person to repair the same.
