[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Dealer give demo piece a price of new | |||
Dear sir, i have purchase two symphony air cooler from shree ram enterpries haveing tin no-[protected], dated - 21/05/17, one cooler is brand new. But the another is a demo piese, it does't have any warrenty card, stand, remote is also not working, and it is full of dust inside the cooler, it is used cooler. Dealer regular commiting to replace the same but when iam asking for the replacement he is avoiding. He is asking to send the old cooler first at his shop then he will check and let us know. Sir, we are full time working people has does't have time to go to shop and take followup by phone daily with dealer.
