[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Defect product | |||
Hello symphony, We purchased your product diet 50i yesterday from the showroom bajaj electronics, dilshuknagar branch hyderabad, after we took the product home and we turned on the device. Only fan is working. Cooling is not working at all. When we called the showroom. They said they will not replace the product and send a technician to repair it and make it as a second hand. I paid the full amount of money and took the product. When the product is defect. Why you are not replacing the product and repairing it. How its against company policy. You sell defect products with out quality control and later make it second hand take the full amount of money. I want the product to replace. I know once it repaired it will keep on getting on repairs after 1 year. Then you try to pull out the money in the name of service. Either give my money back or replace the prodcut.
