I had purchased Duet-i Kitchen Cooling Fan & Personal Air Cooler - 1 Nos from your official website "shop.symphonylimited.com" and accordingly order had been placed vide order no. 170222 on 30.08.2026. An amount was also deducted from my Bank account ending with 8464 and I got below trailing order confirmation mail.
As per your company policy all the online orders placed on will be shipped within 24 hours. However, I didn't get any shipping confirmation. I had communicated the issue through what's app on your number [protected] on 02.09.2026 and as information provided, the order was cancelled due to address issue. However, they were silent about the cancellation status update and refund of the amount deducted and advised me to go with a fresh order. I had checked today also but the order status is still not updated and no adequate information about refund.
I request you to kindly update the order status as cancelled as advised by your executive and arrange for a refund of the amount already deducted at earliest.
