It's not even a month the pump is not working, i have not expected such a low quality product from this brand even after spending ton of money we are just engaged in their fauty product and useless service, which only god knows when they are actually going to resolve....

I have taken symphony cooler on 30 March 2022 within 1 month cooler. Stop cooling after registering complain on 28april2022 no action taken place till 1 may 2022...

My cooler under warranty but cooling issue yet not solve and web site not accepting complain...

Recently had problem with water pump so raised a complaint with Symphony. Symphony service partner has reached out to me for the same. Service partner number is +[protected]. He sent a technician to my home to solve water pump issue.

Technician no is[protected]. He came to my house on April 5, 2022, replaced water pump and Honey comb pad. He said water pump will have one year warranty. For this they have charged 2500/-...

I am not getting authorized repairer at Hyderabad to repairer my cooler...

A technician came home to repair the cooler and its pump. He installed a faulty pump that stopped owrking next day. He never answered calls or checked it again. Your company is the worst that only cheats people, so is your customer care. The worst experience has been with you guys. Absolutely no customer complaint resolution.

I either want full refund or want the technician to come again and correct the cooler....

I have purchased a new cooler last month and with in one month the cooler pump has stopped working. We have raise the request with costumer care from one week, but they have not fix the problem yet.

The service person visited home once and fixed the issue in afternoon. The cooler pump stopped working again in evening. There looks to be some basic defect in the cooler unit we have purchased.
