I ordered a cooler whose order number is #33766, it has an old rusted product, parts are missing from it and i can not assemble the cooler not even a wheel has arrived. The remote has junk rust scratch on it. I called the customer service team and they said return and refund is not allowed only replacement can be done. This is highly disappointing i don't need this product anymore as my trust on symphony has been ruined.
I trusted symphony's site, that was my biggest mistake, I will never order from this website. I will also complain that no return policy has been put anywhere on the site.

    2 months back, I purchased Symphony VFD for Symphony Venti-Cool 20U to control the speed. It's making such a loud noise which is unbearable. I am following up with company for fixing or refund but they say their product will make such a huge noise. Pathetic response from Symphony for a Rs. 17000 product. I would recommend not to buy this product and moreover this shows their policies around customer satisfaction. I complained via their website but there is no response. Pathetic products

      I purchased a symphony cooler on 2nd july 2021 after that it hd motor and pump problem since it is in warranty so i filed a complaint but no one visited. The authorized service centre of my city firozabad talked to very rudely and shouted on me on call +[protected] here is the number of that person the technician is also denying the service even when its in warranty i filed a complaint on 27 april 2022 and till now no one visited to solve the issue. And they talk very rudely to the customers this is the no. Of technician who was denying service +[protected] My adress is Asmcs firozabad boys hostel jalesar road I even complaint many times on symphony customercare

          Buyed product on 4th May. Received delivery on 5th May.

          Raised a complained to Croma store same day. They said try out things.

          I tired and told them not working at all. Replace the product or repair the product.

          Very poor cooling not like at a store as well. i can consider bit less from store but it is very very poor.

          I asked them to replace the product, i will buy other product from you only or provide any soluntion. They said once product open we can not take it back. but for product testing i have to open box anyways. CROMA online shops and tata website accept return and replace but store is not accpeting. I also not asked for money return, just replace product with other form same store. I also agree for same company as well.

          I see CROMA is TATA's brand, it is very poor. It is not tata, TATA always cares for customer.

          Kindly return the product, i will take other product as product is not damaged as well. Raised complained at store on 5th still no updates from them. If it is time taking process it is a very very bad structure from CROMA and team.

            I brought symphony cooler from bajaj show electronic.there no cool coming from cooler.I raise a complaint before two weeks no body take action Even they did not CONTACT me.
            After two weeks went bajaj there floor manager got beats.he raised police complaint on me.
            I won't leave THOSE WHO WORKS IN ### SYMPHONY i go as long as till my death.
            You worst ### are drinking poor peoples blood, you are the guys eating public ### in corporate business style.
            Fully ### WORST SERVICE.
            Don't believe these worst symphony by seeing demo coolers service is worst.
            Better to go for BAJAJ or BLUESTAR

              After the use of 10 days the water pump stops working so i filled a complaint by call to customer service
              A mechanic came who is trying to replace the water pump with old and repaired one so i insists not to.
              After a long conversation with customer service again a mechanic came who replaced with old cracked repaired one
              Now no one is there for my solution

                I purchase symphany winter 80xl i+ model cooler from retails kiran furniture bhusawal maharashtra after month pump does not working just vibrating sound occurred service engineer came after call to retailer but he does not resolved my issue yet and also je don't have any proper knowledge about to service cooler and also raised more trouble with my cooler i stuck and bad experiences from their service and complete feel waste of my money and time. Because no more fill like winter with this cooler now whether I replaced this cooler with my old traditional desert and now I remember my old desert cooler

                  Hi,

                  My name is Rajesh Kumar (mobile number[protected] and I bought a Symphony Air Cooler (HiCool 45T) from Electronic Palace, Dwarka, New Delhi on 24th August 2021.

                  This cooler started giving me trouble on 15 th April 2022, wherein the front wheel on the right side of the cooler started coming out byitself and the cooler would fall because if dis-balancing. I contacted the customer care for the problem and the ticket was raised vide Request No. ND[protected] dated 15th Spril 2022. The technician attended my house and said there was some issue with the wheel and hence he replaced the wheel, I told him there is a crack in the slot wherein the wheel fits in th body of the cooler and that seems to loosen the grip of the wheel part because of which the wheel gets dis-balanced and tends to bend and come out of the slot. The technician said the new wheel will coleve the problem. I said as long as his changing the wheel idea helps solve the problem, I am ok with it.

                  After three weeks on 5th May 2022, the same problem again came up wherein the right wheel again started to come off and the cooler would get dis-balanced and tend to bend and about to fall down. I raised a complaint with Symphony Customer Care on 6th May 2022 vide Request No. ND[protected] dated 6th AMy 2022. The wheel was again coming off and it was because the earlier crack in the body of the cooler wherein the wheel fits in has now further increased in size.The technician from Symphony (Mr. Manoj, Mobile no- [protected]) called me to know the problem with the air cooler I have been facing. The moment I told him the problem, he said that the plastic part is not covered in the Warranty and hence I will have to pay extra for it. I told him, this is a clear case if "MANUFACTURING DEFECT" and so it was not my fault as a customer so the part would be changed free of cost by the company. To which he argued that as company policy he cannot change it free of cost. I called up the customer service to complaint against what the technician had told me. The worst part is, customer service executive named "PRINCE" whom i spoke with at around 11am, also gave me the same argument that no plastic part is covered in the warranty even though I have bought the in August 2021 (within Warranty period). The surprising thing is that the entire body of the Symphony Air Cooler is made of plastic, so does that mean if tomorrow any crack in the body the cooler starts pouring out water from the tank./ body of the water cooler will also not be covered. It is nothing but fooling and deceiving the customer. Such a callous and apathetic attitude is not expected from a brand like "Symphnoy Limited" . If that is the situation, I am sorry to say that "Symphony" is the worst company I have bought any product from.

                  I would like Symphony company to get this defective part of the cooler replaced at the earliest or else I will file a complaint against Symphony Limited in the Consumer Court to get my right as a customer and also ensure that I put this entire incident / experience on the facebook alongwith a video of the defective part on the you tube channel which the whole country will see and get to know the reality of how symhony cheats its customers. I will also post a complaint against Symphony on Consumer Complaints Board so that the online population and customers in India get to know how inferior quality products Symphony has started manufacturing. I will give a two days time for Symphony to get my problem solved failing which I will put in a complaint against Symphony Limited with all the proofs and images in the Consumer Court which will be really bad for the reputation of a big brand like Symphony.

                  I have attached the images of the broken part for your reference along with the invoice if your company wants to solve issues for its customer.

                  I appreciate the fact that Symphony acted fast on my complaint and they got it resolved on the very same day when I posted this complaint on Consumer Complaints website by sending the technician to my place and got the wheel part changed free of cost as should have been since this product was still under warranty. However i still want Symphony to review its warranty policy and make it comprehensive without saying it does not cover any plastic part in the warranty which I feel is not right for the customer who buy its product due to its brand name as there are other brands available in the market but there is some sense of loyalty and faith because of which customers buy products from Symphony.                     I would like to tell here that my symphony air cooler ..model ICE CUBE 27..fans has been damaged..and no one is attending complaints related to in symphony service center Aurangabad, bihar. I called multiple times to service center and also logged complain in symphony customer care. But no one resolving my issue.

                        I have requested for repair of my cooler on 20 April 2022, till it was not get repaired due unavailability of PCB, accessories, and not action taken by company as I have filled complaint number [ID: 3180952] .it is very unfortunate to say that customer service by symphony is zero percent helpful towards customer.

                          Hopeless service and hopeless people come from hopeless symphony,
                          Nothing is perfect, but the way service people cheat, mislead and without addressing the issue, they will close your complaint.
                          Very pathetic useless service from day one.
                          Brought new symphony Jumbo 70 G, had a product defect from the company, raised a complaint, hoping to get solution, I'm 101% sure you will not get solution and your complaint will be closed without resolving and service boy will give promises to resolve the issue, after 4pm they will keep mobile switched off, very hopeless people and hopeless service team in

                            I booked Symphony diet 50l tower cooler on 18th April and cancelled after reading reviews. but I still didn't receive my refund for my cancellation.

                              It's not even a month the pump is not working, i have not expected such a low quality product from this brand even after spending ton of money we are just engaged in their fauty product and useless service, which only god knows when they are actually going to resolve.

                                        Product - Symphony Movicool L65i-S Cooler
                                        Order No : #7122-1

                                        Sharing my bad experience in order for others to safeguard themselves from the trouble I'm facing after selecting to buy this product from this (https://shop.symphonylimited.com/products/symphony-movicool-l-65i-s-large-space... website.

                                        So, I received this product on 17th march and the next day, I realized that this delivered cooler as advertised and marketed neither have the empty tank alarm indicator (the fifth indicator you can see on the control panel) nor it was giving any alarming sound when no water in tank. I immediately raised the complaint (#PU[protected]) with the company and also raised the return request in accordance with the company's 10 day replacement policy.

                                        After a few days a technician visited and informed that it does not have the water level controller part which is required for the empty tank alarm functionality that we all can see in the description above (https://shop.symphonylimited.com/products/symphony-movicool-l-65i-s-large-space... I immediately wrote email to company stating the same with internal product pictures attached from technician visit. I also called on the helpline and wanted to check on my return request. So first let me tell you, its really hard to reach them and if you turn lucky so only response you hear is "please write to us and will respond back on the same". So I mentioned that the email has already been pushed and also the return request is raised. To which I was told that I'll be getting a response back soon.

                                        Again I waited for a few more days but did not hear anything much regarding my request so I wrote couple of more emails to company which again hardly got responded. This mailing and phone calls to customer center I kept doing every other day to get a proper response and then one day I got lucky after all these hard efforts and got a call from some company person who acknowledged my concern saying that the company has stopped providing this functionality with this model which is till date advertised on the website above (https://shop.symphonylimited.com/products/symphony-movicool-l-65i-s-large-space... I simply asked them to take this product back as the product I have chosen looking at the features mentioned above and if that's a false advertisement I no longer want to have it as I felt cheated. Till date nothing is done from company's side.

                                        Finally now I am filling a complaint against at this consumer forum and hoping to get some satisfactory outcome.
