Even after raising multiple complaints since 2 months there is no response to solve the issue my air cooler has. PCB board is not working for my cooler. Technicians never lift the call even calling them 1000 times. Worst technicians and worst people

      This order was placed on 1st April. This product was under express delivery. I have been notified that it will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days. Later I got confirmation message that, order will get delivered on 11th April. However, no product delivered till 24th April. I had to call on a daily basis and sometimes once in 2 days and then once in 3, 4 days in between 11th April to 24th April. No proper support, no proper escalation from Symphony end inspite our continuous and multiple request.After that, i received a message on 25th April from ECOM EXPRESS that, your shipment is out of delivery. No one has contacted me via call or directly to our address from any ECOM delivery partner. I called them instead to check on my order. They mentioned that, our vehicle got in to a trouble, hence couldn't deliver your product today. We will come tomorrow. I waited for another two days. No products delivered. Then they sent message saying, we tried contacting you multiple times, hence order got failed/cancelled. I have received no calls at all from ECOM express.I had to wait a month for the product. And then i receive a message that order cancelled. Very disappointed with the service from a publicly listed company. Support team was so harsh and given no proper support.

        Ordered Symphony Air cooler diet 3D model from reliance digital on 23/04/2023 and was delivered on 24/04/2023. The product didn't work at all. Symphony is not giving proper response to the issue and is ignorant of the complaint. It's been several days.

          I am buy symphony dit3d i30 air cooler on 22-april-2023 then cooler water sensor and water pump not working. so i call to service center on 22-april-2023 11:27am they told me your complaint is register and service provider come your home between 48 to 72 hours but its 4rth day person not come.
          and they did not provide service as per they told. i called many times but not response. its so harassment. please do action on that my name is dhamapal gawai

            Yesterday I purchased a Deuce 25 Air cooler. During installation, I found its water pump is not working. I registered a complaint yesterday vide Ticket number#CO[protected]. After 48 hours, there is no any Technician contact with me.

            Please let me know, how many time to take I am waiting to use this machine?Why would one want to purchase a cooler?

            I wish to purchase this cooler due to the extreme climate condition. But I purchased yesterday, but till now it is kept at my room for your kind.

            Anyway, I'm very disappointed.

            Your early action is highly appreciated.

                I recently purchased a symphony cooler.(model - touch 80) i bought the cooler on 18/04/2023 as on the same day i found that the last swing wing of cooler is damaged which make noise so i asked the retailer. retailer generated the complain to their end. a service guy visited but problem not solved. i wanted to replace my cooler with the new one.

                  I ordered Disney Frozen cooler on 31st March 2023, worth rs 4999/-. With order ID #40912
                  They gave estimated delivery date on 11th April, today is 17th April till now product not delivered at all.
                  After calling order tracking number on 12 th April 2023,
                  they told that due to technical issues in transit you need to wait for 48 hours. So again i called on 14 th April same answer again as above.
                  One of the cc person is shouting in return to us that we need to wait till it is solved.
                  I made call again on 17th April same answer again, i don't know weather they deliver the product or not.

                  If i cancel the order now don't know wheather my amount will refund or not. i lost my money with this branded people advertising .

                  My sincere request to all the customer don't trust these people at all simply eating away all our hardcore money.

                  If you want to purchase, go to shop directly and purchase it. But not these company product they are not responding to us properly.

                  Ther are many complaints against these Symphony product.

                  If i would see this before i would never order a product, as i purchased this product for this first time from this company, and at all very much disappointed.

                      All of their products are flawed, and when they deliver them to customers, they urge them to follow up with customer service. This is the methodology they employ.

                      On[protected], I purchased the Symphony Air cooler 3d diet 55I model from Reliance Digital Elements Mall, Bangalore 560045.
                      On[protected], the product was delivered to my home. However, after opening the box, the air cooler does not work and is defective. I went to the shop right away and filed a complaint, asking them to replace it.

                      According to the store manager, once the product is delivered from the store, any defective, customers must follow-up with Air cooler customer care (Symphony), and Reliance Digital cannot take responsibility. The response from the reliance digital store manager is unacceptable, and she lacks the ability to communicate with customers and the store contact number is always switched of and they never pick calls . They them self said will not follow any job Ethics .

                        I had purchased Symphony jumbo 70 L cooler from Flipkart on September 22 and used 2 times since then after that I used it today but it's pump not working at all.. very very disappointed product from Symphony

                          I had purchased Symphony jumbo 70l coller from Symphony last sep 22 and used only two times since then but as I today started cooler again and found its pump not working at all.. Such a disappointment from brand like Symphony..
                          It's under warranty so expected to be repaired asap

                                Dear Symphony,
                                I didn't expect the most famous symphony cooler has started producing faulty products. I bought symphony sumo 75 XL last year before summer. After spending around 11000/-, I am not at all satisfied from the performance of this cooler. First of all it has no cooling efficiency as mentioned on Amazon website. Second its pump is really absurd. Last year pump was working but this year it is not working at all as if it was diligently made for usage of one year warranty period. What should I do now as warranty is over? Again waste money and repair this ### cooler.

                                I purchased local cooler for 3500/- four years back. The pump provided in that local cooler is working fine for 4 years. You should be shameful that you are selling crap in the name of brand and fooling CUSTOMERs in the name of one-year warranty. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy symphony coolers because it is total wastage of money. Cooler that not cools but fools CUSTOMERs.

                                  My problems with the cooler started from day.1. First the leakage from water outlet, attended to by replacing the cock with a new one by the person from the shop where I bought the cooler.

                                  On the 2nd incident, from 2nd day onwards, when the cooler's only fan was working and not the pads getting wet, I contacted the shop owner, who in turn gave me customer care no. [protected]. On intimation of the above problem to customer care, a technician came and attended the issue.

                                  On the 3rd incident, within a week from the 2nd incident, I found that, on switching on the fan of the cooler, the water pump was either getting switched off or jumping from 1 to 2, 2 to 3 etc. The problem was explained to customer care no. [protected] deputed a technician after three or four days from the day of lodging my complaint. The technician examined the cooler and found that there is a problem in circuit board and the same needs to be replaced. For this, we need to show the GST bill, the technician insisted. My wife showed the GST bill (which the shop owner issued while buying). The technician didn't know which is GST bill and which is not and told us we need to show a GST bill to enable him attend upon the cooler and further told us to bring a GST bill and ring/call him up to come again and accordingly he left my home. After confirming from the shop owner that the bill we showed him was a GST bill, we called the technician, but he didn't turn up. The issue of the technician not being turned up was informed to the customer care. This time, the customer care gave me the no. [protected]. A person on this no. informed me that my house address would not come under his area of operation and hence can't come, accordingly, he didn't come. The same issue was informed to the customer care again. This time, the customer care gave me the no. of Manager which is [protected]. When I called him to put forth my issue his phone sometimes rang, he didn't attend. Some times, his phone was on engage mode, he didn't bother to call me back.

                                  As a result, till date, my cooler Symphony air-cooler Diet-50i has not been rectified. The cooler was barely used for as long as a week.

                                  Owner of the shop from where I bought my cooler (M/s Mahaveer Emporioum, Habsiguda, Secunderabad) deputed a technician as there is no proper response from Call Centre and their deputed technicians. The technician by name Mr. Vijay deputed by the shop owner has come and attended my cooler duly replacing the switch pad. Problem is resolved.

                                    I ordered one cooler online invoice no 38598-1 on July 31st 2022, after the order confirmation did not get any update for the delivery, so I cancelled order after 7days around 8th August, today is 31st August still did not receive my refund. getting error in the website to log the complaint, no one is responding to my email or calls.

                                      Firstly, I purchased a Symphony hi Flo model on April. After 2 months the pump stopped working and I registered a complaint asap. But for 2 months no one visited.
                                      I just saw them giving one call and as I was busy, the person did not even care to call back or follow up. The what's app support is so horrible n useless.
                                      The service team who spoke to me on call said that I registered complain on one more number. Such, sad liars, i have only one number and none other.

                                      Even worst, after pursuing these people, I logged a complain again and an engineer visited replaced the part. The worst part here is, the service engineer is asking me to pay them 470rs, the product is in warranty and it is just 4 months old. These people never even told me about any payment. Mainly, why should I pay them when the product is in warranty.

                                      I refused to pay.

                                      I turned on my cooler after 2 days and it is leaking water all over, the installation was done in such a horrible way, that my room has become completely wet and it is so hazardous. The water, is spurting out from the blower. Worst product. I want a refund.

                                      I don't trust the service any more.

                                        We have bought symphony 12L air cooler along with warranty (1 year) in April and it's not working after 15 days of purchase. We have approached customer care and other concerned persons multiple times but the issue is still not resolved. It's been already 4 months without any proper action and the raised complaints has been closed without any resolution. I never seen such a poor customer service. They are very much proactive in closing complaints instead of resolution
