[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Leakage & electric shock / currents in air cooler | |||||
I had made a purchase of an Air Cooler from your store at Phoenix Mill, Lower Patel. Ref: Invoice:SLF02A[protected], Purchased on:[protected]Attached) The Cooler started leaking and Complaints were made from June, July all the way till yesterday. Now, the Technician Arun Shetty (reporting to In-charge Vinay Wani from Symphony) visited our premises atleast 4 to 5 times and has tried to repair / modify the piece but the problem of leakage continues. Moreover, recently it is now giving an Electric Shock / Currents. I request you to consider this as URGENT and REPLACE the machine as this is a Genuine Manufacturing Defect out of anybody's control. Over so many months we have had to bear with the leakage time and again on our Office floors and has caused too much inconvenience. Vinay Wani from Symphony refuses to Replace the product within Warranty period and Croma (the Agency) is not taking action despite the problem still continues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
