Have raised a request with symphony customer care for changing cooling pad for ninja air cooler on 31st january. Its been 8 days and still technician haven't reached my residence for the service. I have been calling customer care daily and everyday i hear the same thing that the technician will visit today blah blah. Have even dropped them an email 2 days before but still there isn't any response. The after sales service of symphony is worst. Its good that i have a kenstar slimline super-re aircooler and they provide an excellent service. I don't know how i can escalate this symphony issue. Was this information helpful? | |
