[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Storm 100 ltr - sound issue with fan | |||||
I have purchased the product storm 100 ltr in the month of february, after three months i got sound issue over there, i gave 6 complaints - in the first complaint, one person came and tight one bolt, its working for half an hour and again issue got repeated - in the second complaint - no one will come : ( - third complaint - one person came and check the cooler and said like "fan threading lost" and need to change the threading system and gone silently - in fourth complaint - no one will come : ( - in fifth complaint - one person came and tight fan bolt and said like these type of coolers having this problem. I told him, it was working properly without any issue from the past three months then he replied that, i dont the problem and go silently - in sixth complaint - no on will come yet : ( Please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||

The cooler was purchased on[protected], invoice no HR-SDEG[protected], amazon. Company advertisement: cool room size 10 * 20 feets even at 40 deg. It only gives cool breeze, if you are sitting in front of it. It is not a room cooler. Company selling a product through misleading advertisement.
