I am facing this issue after replacing our cooling pad in 2016; those guys were not professional at all. Water was coming out, and we hardly use cooler with water due to this issue, in 2016 your agents visited three times but issue wasn't resolved. Now I registered a fresh complaint "LS-1D17006" but no follow up, I called this guy and said he would call me back when people available, now he is not responding my calls. I felt cheated and raised a complaint on consumer forum Lucknow, sending you a hard copy via First Flight along with previous repairing bills. You should hire professional third party repairing partners and if you can not provide support then stop calling you the best. I was thinking for my office installation, but no dear let's test your coolers in consumer court. I tried to register this complaint on your website, but your website is also not working, getting an error while submitting the form. Really unprofessional and third class product its better to get traditional metal coolers or get AC if you do not have cooler installation place. Was this information helpful? | |||||
