Symphony Limited — symphony ninja/worked only for 2 days since the day we purchased | |||
We purchased Symphony Ninja 27 model on May 7th, 2019 from amazon. It worked only for couple of days and then started sprinkling more water through fan . after multiple follow up's with the symphony technical support and the concerned service center in our area, they have sent a technician after one week, who did something to the air cooler and the motor got burnt.Again after multiple follow up's, they have sent the same technician to replace the motor, and that technician had replaced the motor but didnt fix it completely just kept the air cooler open . It has been 10 days since the technician has just opened all the nuts and bolts of the cooler and still is same.. We are daily contacting the service centre but they keep on saying that they will send tomorrow. ITS BEEN 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY WE PURCHASED IT, SUMMER HAS GONE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE COULDN'T USE THE SYMPHONY PRODUCT WHICH WAS MEANT FOR THE PURPOSE.THIS IS REALLY A WORST EXPERIENCE FOR US BECAUSE OF THAT WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT SUGGEST SYMPHONY TO OTHERS. @symphonylimited hi team I have registered a complaint (no: BN[protected]) since 3rd June, however, no associate has got in touch and it’s yet to be resolved. I tried calling customer care multiple times and also to connect over chat but in vain. Will the team please check!
