[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Symphony winter i cooler | |||||
I have ordered a symphony winter i air cooler on march 25, 2016 on snapdeal with order number [protected], a defective air cooler is delivered on march 30, 2016 which doesn't pump water on cooling pads & also gives water level warning even if water level is proper & doesn't give any cool air. I have requested symphony service center to fix my coolers problem and they promised 24 to 48 hours to resolve the problem, it has been 4 days already & no one has come to fix the issue. And every day a new technician calls asking what the problem and address to come but doesn't turn up. I am frustrated with the symphony service and the mechanic calls every day and don't know why i need to give address to everyone Following are the technician namesand their phone numbers who have asked for problem in cooler and have taken my address but no one turns up 1.
