Symphony Limited — water cooler | |
Dear Sir, I had purchased a Symphony Water Cooler from M/s Croma - Kandivali Mumbai on 26.4.2019. I also took extended warranty for 1 year i.e. total warranty for 2 years. Now to my utter dismay, the cooler was not functioning properly from day one. Water was spilling out from the front when it was put on. I complained and was attended by a very uncourteous and somewhat rude technician who came and repaired the newly bought Symphony Water Cooler. Now again since some days there is a problem of loud motor/ fan noise coming from the cooler which makes it difficult to use. Again I complained and the same technician called up - as usual very rude to talk with. So I asked him not to come for repair. I now want your support for the way forward so I get proper value for my money spend and also companies train their representatives to be customer friendly. Please note that I do not wish to deal with the same technician again.
