[Resolved] Symphony — Symphony Cooler Pump not working, Cooling pads need to change | |||
hi, i have booked a complained to Symphony customer care at date - 30 April 2014 but did not get any response yet. Complaint no :- JP-MA-30D 14023 My Symphony cooler Model no :- Diet 22 T Problem :- water pump, Cooling Pad, Water tank rubber. Customer care provide me a number service engineer, Manish khunteta[protected], this guy never pick phone, I am very tired to try to booking customer care complaint again & again but not received any response from Symphony cooler company, I think company's services are worst and product also just like rubbish. Buy symphony coolers and drop it into dustbin becuse no body will give you services in future if your cooler will have any problem, So i suggest every body don't buy symphony coolers in future.
