I just received my Symphony Diet 50i 50-Litre Air Cooler with Remote (White)-For Medium room | B00IYD3ZHA ( 1039 ) via Amazon today the 21st Mar 2018 at 5 pm.
I filled the water tank full (3 bucket water) and the switched it on. The water tank was beeping and it was red. The cooler button did not switch on.
A brand new air-cooler and it does not work.
I put in a call to Symphony company and put in a complaint. No MU[protected]. 48 hrs before it will even be attended to.

On 23rd a Smyphony Service Represented called and confirmed an appointment. He came and did a through check of the machine but was unable to resolve the matter. He suggested that maybe the sensor board or the motor may need changing. He would check with the company about parts availability and get back to me at the earliest. Next day another representive came and checked the sensory board and realised there was a loose connection / dry sholdering problem. He redid the sholdering in the circuit board and vola everything was fine. It took maybe 20 mins. All the people i talked to at Smyphony were very polite, helpful and understanding of my situation. 21st Mar 2018 problem reported and 24th Mar 2018 problem solved. The Product sadly does not live up to their standards. There is simply no cooling. Not even if you stand right in front of it. No exaggeration just facts.Right now it back in its box while i live with the fact i just wasted my hard earned money.
