I purchased the phone on 5th March 2017 and got my insurance with date mentioned as 24th March 2017 as the start date. Now on 15th March 2018, my phone broke and I asked them to give me a claim. At this point, they simply refused to give me a claim saying “Insurance policy has expired on 4th March (Respect to the mobile purchase date)”. Then why I was issued a policy with the date as 24th March 2017 as the start date. Why were things not initially clear? I have taken mobile insurance from syncnscan, my mobile was broken and i am trying to claim and i sent all the documents but they didn't respond, it is a fake company.
