we are having mediclaim policy since last 5 years, only my mother has been treated two times no other family member utilized it, we are sorry to inform that not a single time we received any information for pre medical health check in last 5 years, from united insurance.we tried help line we did not find any help, we drooped mail no reply.
please inform what we should do for medical health check up,
