Syndarogya Group Mediclaim — policy bond and Identity cards not received so far

My name is Mr. GUNDLA VENKATA LAKSHMI NARAYANA. I have applied for syndarogya mediclaim policy for 2.0 lakhs and I have submitted a D.D. of an amount Rs. 5815/- on[protected]. my policy number is [protected]P[protected]. But till now I have not received my policy bond and Identity cards so far. In this regard I request that please send my bond and Identity cards including policy amount receipt.
