Syndicate Bank — amount from amazon.in didn't reflect in my bank account | |||
Hello myself abhishek sharma, i ordered a smartphone (Nokia 8.1) on 19th march and also cancelled it on that day because of lock down situation, but i didnt get refund till now, i contacted amazon customer care 50 times and they told me every time that we have initiated your amount, it will be transfered to your account in 2- 3 days, but i still didnt get that, they also gave me a reference number # 74332740080007860672263 and they said contact your bank, i also did that but my syndicate bank is not responding. Bank branch manager said amount is not reflected, today is 7th april and still i didnt get my amount, bank is not giving me charge dispute form, neither amazon.in is helping...
