Dear sir.. I'm... Syndicate bank located in andhra pradesh state, srikakulam district, palasa via, GOPPILI village daily just open bank nd telling that no network sir so we didn't do any process please come tomorrow. Like that daily telling hundred of farmers just came nd return they don't know to whom they have you give compliance in that farmers one of farmer my father. Struggling with money issue. In my dad acount he have money but no use sir please i[censored] didn't able to provide money r ur staff don't want to do work just close that bank sir please solve that problem otherwise Definitely u have to go to consumer court. Let of farmers in my village daily going to bank nd return with loads of emotion without money daily they r facing problem I didn't leave this issue upto solve

    I have gone bank at 2:45 pm, then the gatekeeper doesn't allow me to go inside the bank ...after I went to bank in 3:00 pm then cashier told I am going to do lunch ...after 15 min I am coming ..soo what can I do now?? i am standing in que... please tell me what I do now...branch manager also don't no how to behave with customer ...I told to branch manager then he told me that what can I do ...he will go for lunch now...timing for lunch is 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm but he is going in 3:00 pm for lunch...please look over this type of misbehaving and not getting proper facilities

      I had visited syndicate bank for updating my pan card details and I asked a lady on 1 st counter about the details... She gladly told me what has to be done and submit it to a person who was supposed to sign it. Once that part was over he told me to hand it over to the person sitting on second counter. As I went there and was handing it over, the female sitting on that counter was on her mobile phone talking and was so annoyed when I showed her my copy... She disrespectfully replied saying this is counter number 4, give it to lady beside me, as if it was a crime asking her.
      She was on her personal call on duty and secondly replying to customers query is their duty.
      This female is in counter number 4 having last name inamdar...
      Is this the way syndicate bank treats their customers???
      Apart from counter number and their name nothing else is mentioned as to which person /counter is meant for what.

        According to the guidelines from the bank i have registered my mobile number in a syndicate bank ATM on 4th feb 2017. i got a message from paymate that, you are registered for mobile payments and you will get your Pin within 7 working days. after that i got an Activation Code but till now i did not get MPIN even after 7 working days.

          Sir I have applied for pmegp scheme for manufacturing of allumunium utencils.proposal has sent to bank branch of patna city ashok rajpath IFSC CODE SYNB000434 .(bihar) on 12 sep 2016.first manager was not showing any intrest.then I complaint to industry department general manager. after that general manager called the branch.then manager asked me to submit all my document which i have submitted all my document which was required by the branch manager the manager asking to mortage my property against the proposed loan. sir under pmegp schemr mortage is not recomanded .I told the manager but he is rigid on that and telling me if I am not mortageing my property then he will not do the loan.sir please help me. he took moer then 5 months..please help.sir I belong to sc community.

            Bank employees are soooo slow it takes half hour for 3 passbook entries as the person sitting on desk has no responsibility of work he picks up the calls and chit chats with the other employees and when he starts the process of printing entries he other employees come and chit chat while doin the entries .No person is responsible in the bank everyone gets up from their desk and talk with other employees and the people are waiting in the que .

              On Dec.20th i swiped for Rs.5000 at Pos machine on a provision but the transaction was declined and amount debited to my account. Lodged a complaint on Dec.28th. Complaint id-[protected]. Issue still to be sorted out. Suffering for more than a month, issue still to be sorted out. Approached the bank they say they have filed complaint, nothing more than that. I have enclosed the statement of the pos merchant on the transaction date also. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue as early as possible.

                I am holding a defence pension a/c in syndicate bank kuniamuthur coimbatore branch and a/c no - [protected]. The a/c was transferred 03 years back. Past 03 years my pension file was lying in syndicate bank armenian street branch of chennai. Neither branch was taken initiative for this, in this regard i was stopped my pension 03 years back for non receipt of life certificate which i submitted in kuniamuthur, then i only taken necessary corrective action to restart my pension.
                Four month`s back i got an heart attack and under going treatment for that, every month i am spending more then rs 7000/- for medical expenses to avoid this i want to make a echs (Ex-servicemen contributory health schemecard) for the above i required to stop my fixed medical allowance and bank should give the certificate of my pension details. For this i am running behind the bank since 30 october 2016. I also explained the bank authority that i am a heart patient. Being a heart patient and a ex - service man this is the way to provide the service by the bank. Pls take urgent action and solve my problem. Regards.

                    I am holding a savings account ([protected]) in your bank. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 459.32 has been debited from account on 17th January 2017 while booking railway ticket from payyanur to ernakulam via online through IRTC website.
                    The problem is that the amount is debited but ticket not get booked, after completing transaction I got an error message "rejected from bank". Also sending attachments along with this mail.
                    So kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund amount into my account.

                    My name is Anju.I have booked railway ticket from Payyanur to Ernakulam Junction on 17th January 2017 using my debit card.While booking the amount is debited from my account but ticket not get booked.After completing all payment transactions and OTP verification I got a message "rejected from bank" but amount is debited and I didn't get ticket.what shall I do next??Is that amount credit back to my account??please do tell me.

                        I am rahul baisoya having syndicate saving bank account no [protected] whose branch code is 8692.
                        I have done transaction of rs. 2000/- on 25 dec 16 with transaction id 13548822 on paytm. Image of bank statement attched for ready reference. That amount has been debited from my account but not credited in paytm wallet and also not showing in paytm transaction details. Screenshot of paytm wallet is also attached.
                        When i contacted bank for this transaction, they refused to help me and said that this happens normally which in unacceptable in mordern digitalised world.
                        It is requested to liase with paytm and refund my money back into my account or state the reason of non refundnent arrived due to transaction failure.
                        Kindly state the current status.

                          The manager and staff lady of SYNDICATE BANK of sector-37 huda market, faridabad, haryana were not allow to withdraw the cash from there ATM's. They are only allow some of the special customers to withdraw the cash from the ATM when the ATM is for every public usage whether its of different bank account ATM. This is going on from the last 1.5 months...

                                I have registered for mobile banking at branch 3520 by submitting application but after 5 days also no activation till now i also registered at atm but till branch activation pending !

                                  I had availed bullet payment gold loan from syndicate bank for 1 lac in dec.'15
                                  And 85% of the loan repaid within 3 to 4 months but while closing the above
                                  Loan after 10 months the bank has charged interest for the full amount of 1 lac without considering exemption of charging interest for the amount repaid by me during the tenure of loan is it correct?

I came to bank today to enquire about my loan details, after enquiry i came to know that 75% is repaid by me and i requested aarthi madam to santion me loan as their is a urgent need... She was shouting at me... Disrespecting and showing arrangancy towards me that iam not eligible for loan.. This is the way your bank staff behaves with the customer... I was insulted by this arrogant lady in front of many customers... She is challenging openly get out.. Do what ever u want.. Giving her name and staff code and telling go and do whatever u want... Really felt very insulted as i never faced such employee during my 10 years of dealings with your bank... I have been repaying loans and getting sanctions with good response from earlier employees... U can check cctv to see her rude behaviour... Never expected such behaviour from your bank employees...

                                      Today I went to bank to get my passport updated but the employee sitting there outright rejected to do it.. I went to the bank manager to complain against the employee but the manager didn't even hear me and asked me to get out.. I am very disappointed with this kind of behaviour, and want to complaint against such rude behaviour.

                                      Syndicate Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The woman work in withdrawal counter is very rude. She refused to entertain the customer just because the clock struck 4pm. The queue is not that long, she still have the cash. She is that selfish even the other staff working in the other withdrawal counter is still doing his job.
                                      If field officer is not present for 15 days, then no any person look after his tasks.
                                      I have just withdrawed 6000 rupees last month and from that day onwards whenever i have tried to withdraw money from atm it shows that i have exceeded my limit. and its been one week that this problem is persisting. please do something i am not able do withdraw any money.
