On 17 Jan i used my debit card for in McDonalds DSL mall hyd.Money was debited from my account but they did not receive the amount. They told me as transition was failed you will get your money with in 24 hrs or 3days.I waited three days but did not get my money back.

Please Credit my money soon.

      I have made a transaction on 19/01/2021 at 14:14:36 for Rs. 5000/- from ATM of Bank of Maharashtra UPSC Branch. During the transaction it got failed and i didn't received cash. But, the system shows that the amount has been devited from my account.

            Two products that I returned back to Amazon didn't get refunded. One was of INR 899, ordered on 3rd December 2020 whose return was initiated from amazon but not received in my account, the RNN for same is #7433240341034016955583.

            The other product was of 595, ordered on 16 November 2020, and RNN for this one is #7433240341034016954683

            Refund for both the orders has been made by amazon(around the given dates), and I would like the bank to initiate the amount in my account.

                We have been debited amount in my current account. I have complained to the Branch for the details. They are not able to give details of the debit. They are saying that they will have to refer to HO. Nor are they helping me how to dispute this debit.

                      Almost two months back, I requested with proper application in syndicate bank, Bijwasan Delhi branch regarding transfer of PPF account in SBI Shalimar Garden Ghaziabaad & saving account in the same bank i.e. in Syndicate Bank, DTC Seemapuri Delhi. And after that I am in regular touch with Syndicate Bijawasan Contact No. [protected], but so far neither PPF Account nor saving account transferred in the respective bank/branch.

                      The More important thing is that when I called today(02/01/2021) at the same number, one staff namely Neeraj picked up the phone & blamed that this is the customer fault for not tracking/follow-up the status of transferring the accounts.

                      So It is requested that the staff may please be briefed/sensitized to analyse the matter before discussing with customer(The communication over phone by Neeraj can be analysed with CDR data).

                      Further It is also requested that the both accounts i.e. PPF and saving accounts may please be transferred in the respective banks/branch at the earliest.

                        Around 2month back I requested bijwasan branch to transfer the saving account number[protected] and ppf acno. 150/2005 to dtc seema puri, and sbi shalimaar garden respectively and I regularly in touch/follow-up the status of transfer of saving account as well as ppf acno. But so far no any account have been Transfered.
                        The more important thing is when I called on today' one staff of bijwasan namely Neeraj blame to me that this is my fault for not to track the position of accounts transfer.
                        So it is requested to brief/sensitize the staff to say anything after proper analysis. And my account may kindly be transfered to respective branches.
