    I have paid the payment of Rs 521.55 and Rs 289 on Amazon through my debit card on 6/12/2020. I returned the items and amazon refunded me full money on 10/12/2020. Reference numbers for both the payment were generated on 15/12/2020. I didn't received my refund in account till now. I had contacted the branch and the syndicate helpline twice but of no use.they just asked me to wait .I also contacted to amazon and they asked me to file a charge dispute form and complaint against syndicate as I have the reference numbers as my proof.

      I ordered a cycle which is 7699 and canclled due to some reasons and after some days I got an email that refund is successful and reflected to your bank by now and I checked but no amount added and I waited 4 days but no response. Pls send my refund 🙏

        I tried to generate my account statement from 1st nov 2020 for the month. I got the reference id number also.
        How can i get the statement, since there was no further action other than the ref id.

          I have NRE account in manki branch with international mobile number regestred. I tried to regester syndi mobile aap and e passbook aap but not regester becaus of international number ?
          For online regester also i want to go branche and give e mail and fill form.

          I am working out of country so please please help and give good advice. How to regester syndicat bank app with internationl mobile number.

                Though I am a customer who pays regular emi and maintain enough balance
                Still why such service charge is debited with so much of amount

                    I, Sahil Jain have the bank account in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan State, Pin code:313324. One of my cheque drawn to myself got bounced on 13.05.2020. And for the same I requested the Bank Manager for the refund, if possible. However he denied stating that it's not the bank fault and hence cannot be refunded.

                    But on 24th November, 2020, An amount of Rs. 590 was credited into my account having the particulars stating that 'BY CLG 000036 DIFF DT 13.05.2020 RAJSAMAND'. And this same amount was deducted as the charge for the cheque bounce stated in the above paragraph.

                    And for the particular transaction, I went to the manager asking how this transaction happen? So he told that the party who had drawn the cheque dated 13.05.2020 has asked him about the past entries and he provided them the cheque date checking my A/C details and hence the party deposited the cheque. In addition to that, very surprisingly the manager wrote the particulars of the transaction as stated above.

                    My complaint is regarding that how can the manager give my details to any party without my permission and how can the transaction incurred in my bank account has the particulars as per the wish of the party. It is the clear violation of my privacy and the case o[censored]nequal treatment of the manager for its bank customers. And why the cheque number is not printed in my passbook.

                    After some conversation, he over turned his words and stated that it is the reversal done by the bank. And so I asked him about the mode of the transaction which he denied to provide me.

                    So why there is so much discriminatory behaviour of the bank manager against the bank clients ?

                    And to prove my statements, I am attaching the bank passbook photograph and as well as I have the recording in which the manager accept that he has given the past details of my account to the party.

                        Sir, I had returned my order in myntra for refund of that returned order, I used my bank account from syndicate Bank for money to get refunded for myntra, I called myntra customer care and they gave me transaction id, they said refund has initiated from their side, so I request you to please check it and get my money back to my account

                                  and it was closed on 2018 with full amount, but recently I took my CIBIL report in that the loan account is opened status so that I was enquired in your branch and the officials were said that the account was closed and they give also account statement but cibil is not updated
                                  By this reason another financial institutions are rejecting my loan proposal, so I bring to your notice that kindly update my cibil report that loan was closed.

                                  NOTE::

                                  The gold loan availed also yearly payment one.

                                  But it's reflected as EMI

                                  And caused to downfall my image in CIBIL report
