Syndicate Bank — booking failed through paytm but money debited from syndicate account | |||
On 12th march we made a transaction. From paytm app using syndicate bank debit card, transaction failed but money debited. Paytm has initiated the refund same day ie 12th march 2019 but refund in the account has still not come. I have called customer care many times and they have said that problem is at the end of paytm but paytm has released reference number given by the bank to them.
