Syndicate Bank — mobile banking amount debited but not credited | |||
Dear sir/mam, I have an account in syndicate bank. I did a online transaction through mobile banking amount of inr 5300.00 on dated 08th feb 2019 at around 11:33 pm The amount has been debited from my account but receiver did not received. After that i have received message that you transaction time is time out i have also called to syndicate bank customer care no. They said your payment has been declines it was not processed so your amount would be returned by bank with in 2 or 5 working days, but now almost 5 days over i have not received my wrong debited amount. It is request you to kindly advice what i need to do or how many days they will take to give my amount return. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had purchased Samsung Level U neckband through Paytm in October 2018, which was working fine for last four months but is now getting disconnected again and again since last few days. It's irritating and I am unable to use it properly. Order details are attached.
