[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — refund not credited to bank account | |||
My name is Vivek Parsha and I had ordered two products namely SARANGWARE HANDMADE OXIDISED WOODEN JEWELLERY BOX worth Rs. 735 ( Order #[protected] and PEORA TRADITIONAL GOLD PLATED DESIGNER NECKLACE worth Rs. 489 ( Order #[protected] on 19th March 2020 from Amazon. But due to the COVID-19 lockdown in India the above orders got cancelled by Amazon on 30th March, 2020 and 31st March, 2020 respectively. The refund for the orders were initiated by amazon but it is not reflecting in my bank account even after a week of the expected date. I was asked by the amazon to file a charge dispute form quoting the refund reference number they sent through mail but syndicate bank doesn't have this facility. So, I kindly request you to respond to this complaint it's very urgent. The Refund reference number for the above products is as follows: 1). Product 1(SARANGWARE BOX ) --- 74332740091009073416378 2). Product 2 (PEORA NECKLACE)----- 74332740094009324758088 The card details through which payment was done is as follows: Card number(VISA) ---- [protected] The proof of the above said details is attached herewith.
