Syndicate Bank — refund not yet credited. not even replying for the mail

Hello,

I have made a transaction using syndicate bank debit card to red bus through amazon pay. And transaction was sucessful. It was on the 17th december 2018.

I have cancelled the ticket in redbus on the same day. Both redbus and amazon pay initiated the refund on the same day. But it is not yet reflected in my bank account

My loan account charged excess interest .
One time 11000 refunded.but same excess interest charge in last 8 month.i given written complaint to home branch but not resolve in last 2 month.so plz resolve as early as posible.
