Syndicate Bank — refund status unclear

Dear sir
This is amarjeet singh account holder syndicate bank, ludhiana. I have a
Concern that i have ordered a product online from amazon but due to certain reason i haven't recieved the product. Amazon issued a refund process on 3oct, and i was suppose to get my refund within 7-10 days, which i haven't received yet.
The issued refund reference number by amazon is # zntvtgwh0000jzkwp09d

The amount i'm suppose to get 602rs

Kindly look into this matter

I ordered a product on Amazon and I cancelled it.amazon generated a refund but I couldn't get my refund back.please help me out as soon as possible.

I transferred amount to my friend through phonepay and transaction was successful but my friend didnt recieve amount
And my amount from bank got debited
I want my amount back it is of 500
Please credit it back

I have made aa transcatoin in amazon app i have buyed bks wool sweaters for 606rs still refund was not to my bank account
