Syndicate Bank — reg: atm transaction issue

Dear team,
Please help me regarding my issue,
My issue is i have withdrawl Rs. 10000 on 17/05/2018 TXN id:UP10029U by United bank ATM machine but unfortunately money transaction successfully done but amt. Is not received me then i have received one slip by atm machine, this slip showing my account clear blc :27490 and ledger blc is 37490
And after sometime i have withdrawal successfully Rs.3000 .

So my issue is where is my Rs.10000
I have done many visit my near branches regarding this issue but no any help by your any staff, every staff saying that this transaction successfully done so i am very helpless.
I know that my bank statement showing this transaction successful so my issue is
"Why are showing atm pay slip this amt in ledger balance"
Please resolve my problem it's my humble request for you.

My issue is i have withdrawl Rs. 1500 on[protected]:35-for ATM txn at D[protected]KESIARY PO KESHIA. PNB ATM machine but unfortunately money transaction time out no amt. Is received by me . i have received no slip by atm machine,
Please help me and refund my money
I m unable to transfer amount to my another sbi account and also unable to withdraw amount from debit card.
