I lodge my complaint on dated 13.09.2019 for misbehaved but no action has been taken for department. Sub. : misbehave and misguided by syndicate bank employee. I have visited syndicate bank khokhra branch for my regular banking. Bank has deducted rs.15/- from my account, when asked about the same employee mr. Abhishek informed me same has been deducted as per r. B. I. Guide line. I have asked him to show me rbi notification, but he misbehaved and used harsh language. If i not received any action from your end i will have no other option to complaint to higher authority. Awaiting your immediate action in the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have filled up form for new account on 25th sept and till today it is not completed.when I checked today, the staff asked me to come after 2 days so totally he is gonna take 9days. how long and why bank takes so much time in opening an account?
