Syndicate Bank — unblocking of atm

Sir, i had registered a complaint regarding my atm block. Complaint no 0473/20191019/0035804 oct 19.
I had visited bank and given one application for unblocking the atm. Operation manager told me that atm can be operated tomorrow with old pin number. Today i tried for transection but no joy.
I request u kindly advise me on the matter n tell me procedure to transfer my account to any other bank preferably sbi. I have no time n patience for this small issue.

I cancelled my flipkart order rupees XXX. Flipkart says refund process is successful at 18th october 2019. Banker says there is no amount is credited. I request a refund my amount ASAP.

I book a phone 21 Oct 2019 by Amazon. But suddenly I cancelled this item.my refund money is ₹13599 -/ only.amazon refunded my money on 21 Oct 2019. The refund refrence number is #472674. But bank said there are no refunded money by Amazon.
