Purchased gionee p7 max on 03.02.2017 from m/s mobile solutions, sector 18 noida. Within 10 days my phone started giving problem of switching off automatically. So far i have visited 3 times to the service center but problem is as it is. Details of complaint no. As follows

Compliant no. Gc[protected] - software updated
Compliant no. Gc[protected] - battery replaced
Compliant no. Gc[protected] - mother board found faulty

My handset is still with the service center since 19.05.2017. Kindly note that now i don’t want any more experiments as i have already suffered a lot.

I want either replacement of my hand set or refund me money.
