Purchased gionee p7 max on 03.02.2017 from m/s mobile solutions, sector 18 noida. Within 10 days my phone started giving problem of switching off automatically. So far i have visited 3 times to the service center but problem is as it is. Details of complaint no. As follows

Gionee Mobile India makes big big claims of becoming number 1 in Rajasthan and are aiming at big share in India Market while they DON'T HAVE ANYTHING LIKE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. I ordered this GIONEE ELIFE E5 mobile phone on ebay.in and got this phone delivered by VALUE PLUS RETAIL PVT. LTD. on[protected]. I bought this mobile after going through all the reviews on various web portals and decided to go by this new unknown brand. I trusted this brand and took risk to invest Rs. 15, 000 as I wanted to try something new brand though I could have bought any other branded handset available...
