I had applied for atm card on sept.2018. It reached well in time but i was not at home so the atm card return back to mumbai after enquiry on sbi costomcare they told that the card will be send to your sbi home branch but till date it is not reached. Secondly i applied for second atm card on 1st nov.2018 till now i had not received any message or email regarding conformation.

      I Astik Ghosh applied for SBI chip based ATM debit card and waited for it to be delivered by post . But after 1 month when I didn't get it, I track it on e-post and it is showing that it was returned to syscom corporation. So I request you to deliver the card as soon as possible in the below address

        Hi this is Binod Kumar.I dint got any message regarding dispatch of debit card. When i enquired in bank (SBI Tatijharia branch, Hazaribagh Jharkhand i got consignment No (EB[protected]IN) and when i tracked it showed returned to syscom corporation Pvt.Ltd. Mumbai.I request you to resend the speed post to my bank as soon as possible and kindly notify me.

            I applied sbi debit card through sbi bandra east govt colony branch mumbai. Today i have received the message that my card has been sent through speed post hence i have checked the status and it's showing its sent to you. It may be due to error in address.
            Now my humble request to you that please resend my card to my home or my bank branch.

                    My speed post track id is eb[protected]in... My atm card had issued on 24/9/18.. As the postage received... To my nearby post office but not successfully delivered to me. As today (25/10/18) i gone to bank they gave me above speed post id.. When i tracked the id its showing me that my postage is returned back to sys com pvt ltd. (Mumbai). Please try to attempt redelivery of my postal service at the provided addresses... And please provide me the information through my e-mail.. (Tusharku. [protected]@gmail.com).

Till date as the same has not reached to me, i contacted sbi customer care & as per their information i tried to track my card with tracking id no.
