Wanted to your knowledge the trsawhney vishal enclave rajour garden is most useless staff there. (Gulati, paramjeet amanpreet singh and sunil ahluwalia) i bought a car from there before payment they are after my life will give you back cushion and car accessories etc. They come to collect cheque to our cafe in pearl academy we offered lunch and to them. Every one knows in perl how they ditch us.
It's my father's hard and earn money. Then after payment (30 12 18) they gave me car 12 th jan 19 with out any insurance rc and all. After car delivery. Now i wanted to close my loan amount they refuse to pick phone.
Please take action about them.

    Dear sir,
    I am arunesh kumar, my policy from india assurance is going to lapse on 15th nov. So, i personally visited the t. R shawney and done the electronic payment from card on 14th nov.
    But due to the carelessness of the executive miss. Deepika, my policy got expired and she informed me on 18th nov.
    Then i again re-visit, now the case was in mr. Amar hand he asked for some photos of the vehicle (Dl8cnb7504) on 18th, i provided the same on 18th nov, but unfortunately till today as on 25th of nov. I didn’t got the policy. On the daily basis i am asking for the renewal in fact today’s morning i visited t. R shawney and doing the follow-up from 18th onwards but nobody is sincere enough in your reputed staff to do the solution of the same.
    I request you to please do the needful.

    My Policy from the last 10 years was from New India assurance, I have done the payment on 14th nov. morning for the Renewal of policy from New India Assurance.As a customer, I will decide from which company I will avail the insurance, but due to their mutual benefits they lapsed my policy inspite of the fact that time and payment they are having.
    This was not expected from the company like T.R sawhney, Wazirabad road.
    My Policy from the last 10 years was from New India assurance, I have done the payment on 14th nov. morning for the Renewal of policy from New India Assurance only.
    Not satisfied with paid service and annoyed behaviour of staff.

    During paid service many issues are not satisfactory

      I have taken car insurance from maruti bearing service provider royal sundaram, policy no. Mop5351233.
      I have met an accident on 1.11.2019, and gave it to maruti workshop named tr sawhney. My car has been hit by a auto from left side and simultaneously due to my sudden broke it has been hit from back side too. Surveyar (Mr. Pradeep kumar [protected]) did survey after more than a week and then he started beat about bush that he won't give approval and all that. After some time he was saying that they only give one side claim and won't give back side claim.
      Even though i asked many times he trated me like a culprit and misbehaved.
      I have bought this policy from maruti by seeing the name of maruti not royal sundram and now i am facing this type of problem when i am making a claim. This is not what i expected from maruti insurance a big brand.
      Till now i do not get my car and facing lot of problem from last 15 days. This type of act shall not appreciated.
      Kindli look in to the matter for processing my claim immediately.
      Hope you help me.

          This is to inform you about the unprofessional behaviour of your customer service staff of badli service center. I have taken car insurance from them for dl10cj9676 and they committed to deliver 3 vouchers and perfume as complementary but it's been around 1 week that they haven't delivered. Every day i complaint to this no. [protected], every day a new customer pick the phone and commit that executive will come today definitely and then no one comes. I am feeling cheated and such kind o[censored]mprofessional service behaviour is not expected from t r sawhney motors. If this issue isn't get resolved immediately today, i will take this to social media and put a real picture of how you guys cheat and harass customers.

            I received calls regularly for my car policy renewal from your side, on 7th october 2019, i will pay policy amount of rs 5753/- to your company current account, executive assure me that i will receive my soft copy on mail but till now i didn't received any mail or confirmation mail.
            Now when i call back to these nos they did not answer me.
            Kindly do something otherwise i will take some legal action.

                Dear sir,

                I feel so bad that your insurance department is so careless and lazy. My insurance was expired on 16 sept 2019 and they call me before 1 month repeatedly to renew you insurance policy. Then i renew my policy on 15th sept 19 and i received auto generate message from maruti insurance that your policy is generate and mail to you within 4 hours and original policy couriered to you. All the girls in insurance department are make fake promise that we will send your policy by mail within 15 minutes now 24 hrs passed still the condition is same. I called on[protected] this mobile no. Every time different girl picked up the phone and ask my vehicle no. I repeat my vehicle no repeatedly but no one still send me a hard copy of my policy and i m worried about my original policy which is they said couriered to you in your address how is it possible they not able to mail me my policy then courier is a big task for these people.

                This is the service of tr swahney (Insurance department) gokalpuri.

                    R sawhney executive shalu has misslead me on below points
                    1. She take the amount thru credit card and told me she will issue the difference chequehe doesn't conveyed to bring credit card machine, and other gifts to delivery executive.
                    2. As discussed she doesn't sent gifts, voucher, sun shades, polish yet
                    3. She doesn't deliver refund cheque. When i called she said sad demise of operations head so refund cheque not intimated
                    4. After payment, she doesn't pick up my call

                    Just because of tr sawhney' s trust i was paid online but this not a way to deal any customer...

                      As advised, I contacted Mr Kapil in T R Sawhney and sent Policy copy and Rc on his what's app no as well as on Mail who assured me on 14th June, 2019 to sent the Amendment in Insurance policy valid till 3rd August, 2019 but inspite of making several phone calls on 15th June, 2019(which are not answered), I have till date not received amendment in Insurance policy wrongly issued.

                        Dear sir, we would like to put in your notice that we bought a maruti suzuki brezza car from your rajouri garden/vishal enclave showroom on 15 feb 2019, and your staff mr. Neeraj paharia(sales team leader) was looking after us as sales manager on behalf of your company who did not provided us the the car registration and other documents to us till now. Unfortunately, our car was stolen on 8th may 2019, and the insurance company is asking for the documents of the car like rc and others which is promised to be provided to us the next day or day after by your company executive but still not delivered to us. We complaint about this issue to the customer service head m.S isha and mr. Manish . When we talked to them it seems like they were not aware about all these problems faced by us and asked for 2 days to deliver all documents to us. But after 2 days there response was " we don't have answer to your query, you can contact to our gm for this" . After this we asked them that your gm did not visited our house to sell the car. It was your sales team and your customer care who approached us to buy a new car from them .
                        So now we request you to kindly check into the matter on urgent basis and provide us the resolution as soon as possible.

                            Hi,
                            I handed over my car (Wagnor r) to “tr sawhney badli” on 14th april-19.
                            After service,
                            First : i saw my dashboard, i think someone cleaned this with black oil or some black polish on light brown dashboard.
                            Second : i don’t think someone washed or cleaned this becos. There was lots of dusty marks on outer body.
                            Third : i shared noise issue with your person (Mr. Jagan & test driver) which comes from bottom side of the car but still i’m facing this problem to.
                            Forth : after booked the service, your customer care talk in very rude tone from this no. [protected].

                            I talked with mr. Deepak, he is the only the person who treated me like customer.

                            Kindly request you to provide an immediate solution for this

                              Today(18/02/2019) i visited tr sawhney motors pvt ltd.. address-b-6 badli industrial area phase 1rohini delhi 110085...i was explaining my car problem to service manager...he replied me in abusive language and said that m or mera staff kisi s nahi darta...and also not fix my car problem...my car has not given good average...after service...so i visited ur service centre and did not resolved my problem...and also misbehaved with me...pls take action..

                                  I had given my vehicle breeza no. Dl8caa4000, to the dealer service station m/s t r sawhney, maya puri for repair under insurance claim system. I have a policy with zero dep and return to invoice value, now the complaint is that
                                  1. Since, i have a zero dep and return to invoice value, how the dealer charged rs.2500/- from me towards processing charge, is it legal.
                                  2. The dealer provided me date of 10 days as the repair was minor but the dealer could not even changed bumper in 14 days on the ground that part is not available. I got my vehicle on 16th days, which is not justifiable. When the dealer is not having even small parts available, when the dealer has so many workshop a stock is expected or a reasonable time to get it done should have been taken.
                                  3. Unsatisfactory service/ even i received my vehicle after 16 days, the workshop forget to given connection to left indication and electrical work of giving power to the left side indication system was not done. When raised the issue on next day and this 29/12/18, the workshop manager, accepted the fault and said the left out work of electrical installation will be done on 30/12/18 sunday at your door step but it was again a simple false promise.

                                    I booked my baleno delta (Granite grey) from tr sawhney, rajauri garden by paying rs.20000. I was assured that i will get the grey color (My first preference was the blue color which i was getting from another nexa showroom in 3 days but i got convinced by their (Tr sawhney) salesmen that i will get the grey color). They asked me to pay the full down payment so that they can be sure for the order. I was so convinced and excited about my car but after some time, they were saying that grey color is not available even i got confirmation of grey color by getting the image of the new unregistered car from their side which was parked somewhere at the warehouse.

                                    I told them due to your fake commitment i lost the blue color car. They said their mother company asked them to do the false promise. Now maruti company saying that they can't provide them grey color car.

                                    I do not understand why they took the order which they can't deliver even i had paid the full down payment.

                                    I said to the manager that i am feeling cheated and i don't have any option now. The manager asked me either i can opt for white color or i can cancel my order.

                                    I have all the receipts and grey color is clearly mention on that.

                                    I am feeling cheated and i will never recommend any person to buy the car from tr sawhney nexa.

                                    Don't believe them, they even can't fulfill their written order.

                                    Fed up of tr sawhney. Worst experience.

                                    Even i am not sure whether they will deliver me white color or not.

                                      Hello,
                                      Myself deepak arora who bought a car from showroom tr sawhney automobiles rajouri garden sale person (Deepanker, kapil)
                                      In dec 17 ciaz sigma petrol manual version
                                      But unfortunately they delivered me the car which has a date of sale june 2017. As per maruti and rto records, i just this on my 2nd service when they told me why your service is late then i found that the car was sold in june 2017 to someone
                                      At that i was shocked because a new car comes with the engine warranty of 2years according to that the car engine should be covered till dec 2019 but no it was covered till june 2019.
                                      When i launched a complaint regarding this to the general manager and nexa no one gave me the proper reason for the same.
                                      And even closed my complaint without any reply
                                      After that when i reopened the complaint and mailed the same thing to the owner of the showroom and regional manager

                                      They called me for a meeting and told me that its not an old car and millions of false excuses which cant be justified even.
                                      In that meeting the general manager told me he will provide me the gst certificate and 6months of extended warranty. Now its been a year that no one neither replies to my mail or my phone calls or provide the same as promised in the meeting the point is that when i paid the full amount for brand new car not for the second hand car that you guys sold me a old car, without any prior information from sale person mr kapil sharma and mr deepanker

                                      I will drag them to the court because they made a business of cheating the customers
