Original fitted new tyres of mrf make with black rim original were changed with badly used oldtyres of silver colour rim goodyear brand tyres which are in worse conditions, i was cheated and this fraud done was by your dealer name to. R sawhney at sahibabad up when i gave my car for servicing but they didn't listen my complaint and then i have come for your support to kindly solve my problem and act against this cheating and fraud
Please solve and compensate

    Hi,

    My CAR DL1RTA7206 had an accident a month ago and i had taken it to TR Sawhney service centre gokul puri for repairing. The CAR suffers from major damage and was not in working condiotion when submitted to servie centr. after a month the agen came back and saying that the Self is not working. I asked them that it was in working condition before but he replied that wear and tear cause this. How if it's working a month ago and had a wear and tear now. They didn't even checked it properly what's an issue. directly asked for a replacement.

    Can someone please looked same on priority and share the compalint number with me on priority.

      worst experience with such big brand

      I have given my baleno for repair to tr sawhney motors, mayapuri (Authorized service station) on 20.08.2018 after meeting with an accident on 19.08.2018. The rear portion of my car was slightly damaged. After proper survey of the damages, it was told that the dickey, rear bumper and rear glass of the car are to be replaced including minor repairs of the doors on the left side.       I have purchased baleno delta - dl 10cj 8177 a year back from tr swahney motors. For renewing the car insurance policy, i got multiple calls from tr swahney insurance agent - pooja (Mn - [protected]) and made fake offers on behalf of tr swahney for me to renew the insurance.

      He offered me fisrt insurance from national insurance when i denied then he had given me offer of royal sundram. When i confirmed that i will take the policy of royal sundram the she told me that i 'll get the call back from insurance company i need to confirm. When i got the call back i had asked about company details he told me he is from national insurance he will not renew from royal sundram there is technical issue..

      I told same thing to pooja she is not responding. I urge everyone not to take policy from maruti they are giving wring information.

R sawhney car insurance and your executive said sir if you pay before due date so i will give you some gifts like car washing voucher and car perfume ok now i will done pay my car insurance amount 2 days ago my insurance paper hard copy received today but i don't receive my gifts from t. R sawhney side your executive are lieing to me and mis commitment to me

          I’ve given my car on 16th of august 2018 in t r sawhney mayapuri workshop and its approximately 1 month no one has even touched my car and today i went to workshop to check the status everyone is giving the same ans that we don’t have. Any party or parts are not coming from the company head office.
          Tell me one thing if parts are not available then where i should goo to whom i concern nobody is listing
          1 month is a long period to repair a car.

            I have purchased baleno delta - dl 10cj 5070 a year back from tr swahney motors. For renewing the car insurance policy, i got multiple calls from tr swahney insurance agent - pooja (Mn - [protected]) and made fake offers on behalf of tr swahney for me to renew the insurance.

            Below were the offer give if i renew the insurance policy :

            1. Rs 500 discount coupon
            2. One wheel alignment and balancing coupon
            3. Two car washing coupons

            After renewal, when i asked for the coupons. At first it was told by pooja that it will be given in some days, and after 15-20 days passed by, she stopped receiving my calls and replying me on text.

            I would like to raise voice again such frauds who make good offers before and then don't entertain them.

            Below are the details of my car and insurance renewed.

              Dear sir just inform you that i purchased a car from tr sawhney ghaziabad. Vitara breeze vdi. When i booked car they show me new brand car but when i saw this car to my relatives they told me that is second hand car. I talk to their employees (Ranjana) thier are given not responses from their side they told we have fired that guys.in this case i am so disturb they have received 10thousand extra but not returned till now. Always says you gave that employees we have fired him but i deposited all balance in company account some cash also.
              Onc most important the car not giving tight average engine do so high sound.

                not working of power switch of front left side window

                I am Sanjay Aggarwal, Advocate. i have purchased WagonR (CNG) ON 20.07.2018 from ur Saraswati Vihar showroom. the car no. is DL8CAU7912. fROM very first day, its front left side power window switch is not working. in this regard, i have made many complaints on phone. They have given many dates for coming Tis Hazari Courts to check. but till time, no one has come....

                We have received frequently call from your office to renew your existing policy . Ms Neha of Gokulpuri sent Mr Kanti in my office to collect a cheque against renewal of policy. on 10th. July they have collected the cheque and the same was cash on 13th. July, but I could not received the policy till date, where as the insurance is going to expire on 2nd. Aug. 2018. I have spoken to Ms Neha so many times to send your man to my office and every time she assured that I have already sent but due to some urgency the delivery man could not reached, he will be delivered tomorrow . But the tomorrow never came.

                Kindly do the needful urgently.

                    I renewed my car's insurance (Dl 8cy 3468) from tr swajney. Until i had given the cheque they regularly called me. But one the cheque got cleared from my account they stopped responding to my calls. They were supposed to give me a refund of rs 500 which i still haven't got depite 2 months having passed since i paid the premium. All their numbers are now switched off. Still haven't even received the policy. Will never deal with tr swahney again and suggest all to do the same.

                      I have had to do continuous follow ups regarding the service (Insurance covered) of my wagon-r (Green) registration number dl8cal9194 in the name of ripu bhanjan singh. I dont know the status of the repair which was just the replacement of the rear bumper and the left side both doors paint and dent. I cannot believe whatever the department has to say as they have time and again dishonored their commitment.

                      The vehicle was home picked on april 8, 2018 and today is the 11 day and it is still lying in the workshop. I was first told on day 5 that the tata aig insurance guys took 3 days for the survey. Later on, inquiring on april 17 i was told that the body shop department has undergone significant staff changes hence the delay. Anyhow, i was told that vehicle is under paint with a commitment of home delivery by april 18 which was yesterday. As expected, there was no communication on april 18 from them. And i could not follow up being busy with my work commitments and eventually still without vehicle.

                        I got my vehicle serviced on 17 June 2018 and I took for pollution test on 24 June 2018. It could not pass pollution test. The vehicle failed after one week of servicing. Though TR Sawaney service centre Badli (Delhi) is charging full amount and using sub standard quality of engine oil.

                          The accessories which is a very big part of the services is totally a third class. Reslly its a very poor and one of yhe worse experiences of my life. Really very shameful on your part. This type of conversation was not expected from you at all. Today you disobeyed the customer cum god.

                          As a ultimate customer i suffered a lot and faced a huge loss. Expectations were not in my favour. I was promised something but that promise was not fulfilled. And above all the behaviour of one of the fellow hemant was not upto the mark. Also deepankar made a false commitment to me. The way hemant behaved with me that he should be sacked and thrown out of the job. It was a total dissatisfaction to me that i had purchased a product of yours which is now an asset of mine. The attitude and behaviour was of nonsense nature and i had suffered a loss of nearly rs. 50000/-. How a vendor deals with the ultimate customer this i had seen at your showroom which is very shameful on your part. If this is the way you people deal with the customers then it's very shameful on your part and not appreciable at any cost. So its my request to you that you kindly give me a time to meet you personally and take action against hemant and kick him out of the job as that bloody fellow is not a right person for doing the job in t r sawhney motors. Mr. Sawhney if you still praise and appreciate your this illegal staff then i would like to say only one thing that you people don't have respect for the guests cum god. Because whenever someone comes to someone's house then that fellow should be treated as god and given full due respect which is not shown at your extreme end. So if you have some respect for the customers then you shall give me time to meet you personally. A person who comes to you and purchases a product from his hard money without due respect from your side then it's totally shameful on your extreme part.                                   Mr Nidhi Ms Rahul today on 3rd Sep. 2017 you had given me your valuable time but this time of yours is totally gone in vain as this is of no use for me. How you people can disrespect the customers and serve them as Dog instead of God this you have proved. This is your cheap mentality. What the training you had given to your staff and yourself that you proved clearly.

                                  TODAY U HAVE TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR STAFF BUT I DON'T THINK SO INSTEAD YOU PEOPLE ONLY DIS-SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS WHICH YOU HAVE PROVED TODAY. YOU PEOPLE NEITHER GIVE DISCOUNTD NOR GIVE SATISFACTION ONLY DISRESPECT DISAPPOINTMENT, DISSATISFACTION, FRUSTRATION WHICH IS THE ULTIMATE MOTTO OF YOURS AND NOTHING ELSE.

                                  As a ultimate customer I am totally dis-satisfied at all wih the Deal that was done between your side and me. Today you slso at once given me the same statement as that of Hemant. Why because you all are one and make fool of the customers and don't understand them. Today one thing you had shown me that you as a owner and your staff all are one and think customer as a big fool. Really its very disappointing. Today you slso shown the same attitude as that of Hemant. I think this is the mentality of T R Sawhney Group.

                                  Neither Discount nor the Services were given properly. What else someone expect from you people. Really one of the worse experiences.

                                  The Accessories which is a very big part of the Services is totally a third class. Reslly its a very poor and one of yhe worse experiences of my life. Really very shameful on your part. This type of conversation was not expected from you at all. Today You disobeyed the customer cum God.

                                  As a ultimate customer I suffered a lot and faced a huge loss. Expectations were not in my favour. I was promised something but that promise was not fulfilled. And above all the behaviour of one of the fellow Hemant was not upto the mark. Also Deepankar made a false commitment to me. The way Hemant behaved with me that he should be sacked and thrown out of the job. It was a total dissatisfaction to me that I had purchased a product of yours which is now an asset of mine. The attitude and behaviour was of nonsense nature and I had suffered a loss of nearly Rs. 50000/-. How a vendor deals with the ultimate customer this I had seen at your showroom which is very shameful on your part. If this is the way you people deal with the customers then it's very shameful on your part and not appreciable at any cost. So its my request to you that you kindly give me a time to meet you personally and take action against Hemant and kick him out of the job as that bloody fellow is not a right person for doing the job in T R Sawhney Motors. Mr. Sawhney if you still praise and appreciate your this illegal staff then I would like to say only one thing that you people don't have respect for the Guests cum God. Because whenever someone comes to someone's house then that fellow should be treated as God and given full due respect which is not shown at your extreme end.
