Mr rahul i[censored] have little bit sense of humour and little bit respect for your parents and little bit shame in the eyes oc customers then compensate me.

Almighty god will never forgive you. u people didnt compensated me. Just remember this. Really shame on you people for lying ro the customers and doing fraud with the customers.

Mr nidhi ms rahul today on 3rd sep. 2017 you had given me your valuable time but this time of yours is totally gone in vain as this is of no use for me. How you people can disrespect the customers and serve them as dog instead of god this you have proved. This is your cheap mentality. what the training you had given to your staff and yourself that you proved clearly.

Today u have told me that you will take action against your staff but i don't think so instead you people only dis-satisfy the customers which you have proved today. You people neither give discountd nor give satisfaction only disrespect disappointment, dissatisfaction, frustration which is the ultimate motto of yours and nothing else.

As a ultimate customer i am totally dis-satisfied at all wih the deal that was done between your side and me. Today you slso at once given me the same statement as that of hemant. Why because you all are one and make fool of the customers and don't understand them. Today one thing you had shown me that you as a owner and your staff all are one and think customer as a big fool. Really its very disappointing. Today you slso shown the same attitude as that of hemant. I think this is the mentality of t r sawhney group.

Neither discount nor the services were given properly. what else someone expect from you people. Really one of the worse experiences.

The accessories which is a very big part of the services is totally a third class. Reslly its a very poor and one of yhe worse experiences of my life. Really very shameful on your part. This type of conversation was not expected from you at all. Today you disobeyed the customer cum god.

As a ultimate customer i suffered a lot and faced a huge loss. Expectations were not in my favour. I was promised something but that promise was not fulfilled. And above all the behaviour of one of the fellow hemant was not upto the mark. Also deepankar made a false commitment to me. The way hemant behaved with me that he should be sacked and thrown out of the job. It was a total dissatisfaction to me that i had purchased a product of yours which is now an asset of mine. The attitude and behaviour was of nonsense nature and i had suffered a loss of nearly rs. 50000/-. How a vendor deals with the ultimate customer this i had seen at your showroom which is very shameful on your part. If this is the way you people deal with the customers then it's very shameful on your part and not appreciable at any cost. So its my request to you that you kindly give me a time to meet you personally and take action against hemant and kick him out of the job as that bloody fellow is not a right person for doing the job in t r sawhney motors. Mr. Sawhney if you still praise and appreciate your this illegal staff then i would like to say only one thing that you people don't have respect for the guests cum god. Because whenever someone comes to someone's house then that fellow should be treated as god and given full due respect which is not shown at your extreme end. So if you have some respect for the customers then you shall give me time to meet you personally. A person who comes to you and purchases a product from his hard money without due respect from your side then it's totally shameful on your extreme part. Last but not the least it was a deal full of frustrations and disappointments and dissatisfaction.

        Hi i bought swift desire in fair organised at jln stadium
        I took the delivery of car on 8th nov and did all payment myself with out taking any loan
        I did blind trust on tr sawhney motors (Badli - rohini) where they said that this car now belongs to them and actual owner has given all documents to them but the truth is that first owner had not submitted bank noc just because tr sawhney has hold his 10000 rupees which till day has not been paid where as i paid complete amount to tr sawhney already
        If this is kind of customer service you being offered then i would rate it very poor
        Day before yesterday i paid chalan of 3000 because i will missing original rc also was not having slip from authority that i have submitted rc for transfer process
        Need immediate intervention from the top authorities as i feel cheated in this because manager jatin didn’t informed me regarding all this otherwise i would also have hold the payment or would have not taken the delivery till the time noc was available

          I treated you as a small brother but you shown me your worse attitude by doing fraud and lying to me. Mr deepankar if you have little bit shame and sense of humour and respect for your parents then compensate me. Agar tumhare andar thodi si sharam bachi hai then compensate me. Yaa saari sharam bechkar yahan naukri kar rahe ho. Don't try to become smart. Itne besharam ban jaoge Tim really maine socha bhi nahin tha. Jhooth bolkar tum apni Zindagi se khilwaad Mar rahe ho aur customers ko bewakoof bana rahe ho. Sharam nahin aati tumhe Tumne mujhse bahut bada jhooth bola ki meri naukri par baat aa rahi hai. So please close the issue. What compensation you want and when I told U then showing me your back. Really shame on you for lying and doing fraud with me. Bhagwan tumhe kabhi maaf nahin karega.           As I have informed you earlier that the NEXA card benefit can be added only at the time of enquirer generation or at the time of booking and the benefit to the customer will only get once the vehicle billed/physically delivered. There is no other way for the same process.

          As the vehicle we have delivered does not hold any reference card number so we cannot add any point towards the same and the process is completely system generated so we cannot do any thing manually.

          I request if any clarification required please feel free to contact me.

                There was a problem in my maruti swift car (Dl3cbs6466) and i used the
                Services of tr sahwney okhla so we contacted them.

                There was noise in brake and engine.6-7 ago when i sent the car for
                Service they said we need to change link rod and shoe pad of brake i
                Said ok go ahead and i paid almost 6-7 thousand charges. It resolved at
                That time but engine noise was still there.
                Now again noise started coming from brake and engine (Severly) i
                Called them and they picked the car.

                And paid rs 10376/-.
                The very next day when i drive i felt the same noise in engine and brake
                We again went to t r sawhney. They have not given any proper response
                And they are claiming another problem.
                Now they said there is problem in injectors and it cost almost 10-15
                Thousand. If there was problem in injectors then why they changed the
                Rm and showker and took 10376 rs.
                And for brake they didnt do anything.

                The same problem exists.
                I was skeptical about tr sawhney from the very begining as i was
                Warned by a few people and local technicians, that tr sawhney is just
                For making money from people.

                Now i dont want to contact them and i will get my car check or service
                From other service center but i request to maruti please ask your
                Dealers to do their work properly and dont loot people.

                  The accessories which is a very big part of the services is totally a third class. Reslly its a very poor and one of yhe worse experiences of my life. Really very shameful on your part. This type of conversation was not expected from you at all. Today you disobeyed the customer cum god.

                  As a ultimate customer i suffered a lot and faced a huge loss. Expectations were not in my favour. I was promised something but that promise was not fulfilled. And above all the behaviour of one of the fellow hemant was not upto the mark. Also deepankar made a false commitment to me. The way hemant behaved with me that he should be sacked and thrown out of the job. It was a total dissatisfaction to me that i had purchased a product of yours which is now an asset of mine. The attitude and behaviour was of nonsense nature and i had suffered a loss of nearly rs. 50000/-. How a vendor deals with the ultimate customer this i had seen at your showroom which is very shameful on your part. If this is the way you people deal with the customers then it's very shameful on your part and not appreciable at any cost. So its my request to you that you kindly give me a time to meet you personally and take action against hemant and kick him out of the job as that bloody fellow is not a right person for doing the job in t r sawhney motors. Mr. Sawhney if you still praise and appreciate your this illegal staff then i would like to say only one thing that you people don't have respect for the guests cum god. Because whenever someone comes to someone's house then that fellow should be treated as god and given full due respect which is not shown at your extreme end. So if you have some respect for the customers then you shall give me time to meet you personally. A person who comes to you and purchases a product from his hard money without due respect from your side then it's totally shameful on your extreme part. Last but not the least it was a deal full of frustrations and disappointments and dissatisfaction.

Even though your executive collected the cheque within 2 hours of my request but the policy was not delivered which was due on 3rd of october 2017.                       Recently on 21st August 2017, I purchased Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Delta Model from T.R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd. Nexa Showroom Rsjouri Garden. There I met Deepankar Chawla and Kapil Sharma who told me some benefits of around Rs. 60000/-. But that were not given to me.                         There was a problem in my maruti swift car that after pressing the accelerator the car was not speeding. So we contacted t. R. Sawhney motors badli industrial area.
                        The representatives named mr bablu singh and mr ali of t r sawhney checked the car thoroughly. And he told that there is a problem in ecm. There will be no problem after changing with new ecm. I got changed ecm from them and paid rs 10962/- now about one month has passed and the same problem exists.
                        We again went to t r sawhney. They have not given any proper response and they are claiming another problem of wiring.
                        We are not satisfied with the working. Either my car problem may be rectified in the same cost as assured earlier or rs 10962/- may be refunded to me.

                        This shows that both the service advisors are having least knowledge in their respective fields.

                        We are feeling like cheated.

                        Also we suffered from very disappointing services and poor customer care.

                              I bought my vitara breeza fro t. R sawhney motors and they were supposed to get the registration done in one months time. One month is already over and they have no answers and not confirmation on when can they get it.

                              They are simply giving excuses and not answering my calls.

                              Very disappointing services and very poor communication and bad customer care...

                              Not recomending any one to go and buy car from t r sawhney motors. Inderprashta metro station

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am dinesh shokeen and i had a very horrifying incident with tr sawhney automobiles pvt. Ltd. I booked my pearl white ciaz alpha on 29th june 2017 and paid the full amount on 30th june 2017. They promised me to deliver the car on 3rd july 2017 but they did not fulfill their any of the commitment. They forced me to pay an extra amount of rs65000 for registration of my car but i refused to pay (My registration was supposed to be done on 30th june 2017 as promised by manager on the day i paid the full amount but they didn't get it till 3rd july2017 and then on 4th july 2017 there was hike in price of registration but it was not me who delayed the registration of my vehicle it was their fault and they wanted me to pay for that). Then they promised me to deliver my car on 5th july 2017 but they again break their commitment and didn't received my call for 2 days. Then on 7th july 2017 they finally receive my call and told me that my car was stuck in transit and promised me that my car will be delivered to me on 9th july 2017 at 11.00 am. Then on 9th july. I visited the dealership at 11.00 am as said by the senior relationship manager and then again they said that i have to wait till 5.30 pm for my car because its stuck somewhere in between their process. Around 5.00pm finally they gave me the car delivery. At showroom i noticed burr in my car left side rear fender paint and displaced fitment of bumper. I told them that its damaged. But they assured me that its not damaged its a normal burr. It occurs when they paint the car at maruti plant and told me that its not our fault its manufacturing defect from maruti suzuki and it can be easily fixed and told me to come after 1-2 days they will put some rubbing cream on it and it will be fixed. I agreed with their assurance and took the car with me at home. The very next day morning 10th july 2017 i went to local painters and dealerships and asked about that paint. They checked the car and told me that the car was damaged and then dealership repaired and repainted the whole part. I gave a call on nexa complaint helpline and filed a complaint againt dealership and got a complaint number (Nx[protected]) around 10am. After that i contacted the dealership and got a very rude reply. Their senior manager told me that now we have sold the car to you and now its not our problem. If you want any further process go to consumer court and please don't call us in future for this issue. Then i gave an application against dealership at nearby police station and went to the district court for further process. At court the official mechanical investigation officer checked the car and confirmed that the car is repaired and repainted from right side back fender. This was the worst experience i ever had with any dealership in my life. I never thought that such a reputed brand like maruti and its premium dealership nexa will give me such experience. The complaint which i filed at nexa helpline have given me no response. The officials at dealership are giving me life threats on call. (Mr. Hemant juneja, mr. Sawhney, mr. Bhardwaj, ms pooja, ms priya kapoor) the whole staff is extremly rude and instead of helping me they are giving me threats. Sir i am fed up with this routine from last 4 days. I am a middle class working man and i cannot face such people by my own. This is a total fraud case. These guys have taken 11 lakh rupees for a new car but what i got is a damaged old vehicle and harrasment and as a common man 11 lakh is a big deal for me. Ciaz was a dream car for me now they have spoiled my dream completely and my enthusiasm for my new car. I have lost all my hopes and have been harassed a lot from nexa staff members daily. I dont think that maruti suzuki will ever agree to such people who degrade their brand name like this. We are also proceeding for registration of criminal case against the authorities u/s 420/406/506/34 ipc and we also came to know now that these guys are habitual offender and like this way they have cheated many clients. It is also pertinent to mention here that at show room on 9th july when they delivered the said car, we noticed and objected regarding repair and repaint but they said it's maruti company default you come after one or two days we will do it clear. These facts can be checked from their cctv footage as we were indicating this fault and staff present at show room have touched the same part, which was damaged and repainted. Therefore you are also requested to take a strict action against these cheaters.

                                    With the intimation as same will be helpful during trial of criminal case. Also check their record how many clients have made such type of complaints.

                                    In my consumer court case T R Sawhney Motors Pvt Ltd found guilty for selling/tried to sell re painted cars instead on brand new one.
                                    Court impose plenty 40000 for harassment and 8000 for litigation.
                                    And refund complainant amount 147500 deposited as down payment on 7.4.14.

                                    I'm ready to go State Commission Delhi for appeal. If my court case decision help you then I'm always ready to help you brother.

                                      We are three members namely freshman sukwani, chart diseja and kartik banerjee learning driving at maruti driving school, ip branch timing 1-2 pm. The driving school is boiling due to non functioning of acs. We are taking theory n simulator classes and it is becoming next to impossible to learn in such an atmosphere. They should have informed us that it is non-ac branch. Even the simulator software is not working. The staff is saying that they are helpless. What is the fun of having simulator classes when it is not functioning properly.in such an extreme weather, how such a reputed company, who have take huge amount can respond like this. It is quite ridiculous. It is requested to take immediate necessary action or refund our money. Not even a single ac is functioning. Kindly expedite n take immediate remedial action.
