I had to claim on my maruti alto (6584) and unfortunately i went to t. R. Sawhney motors pvt. Ltd(Gokulpur). I handover my car there on 18th march and they gave us one number [protected] (Mohit).First of all they took more than 4 days to call the servayer and whenever we tried to reach to this number, no one picks the call.The only way to reach them is to visit there service center, phone number given by them is useless.They commited to handover my car on 27th first then 28th and then 29th.Today i visited there center again as usually no response on phone, so again the same excuse we will deliver it by eod.I have gone through claim processes earlier also but this t. R. Sawhney motors is a worst dealer i found and i ever met.
It's my request on this forum that please take any strict action on this service center as this is a real harasshment for customers.
